"Vogue" : " Body And Beauty Book "

I’ve had this sister book of this one the (health and beauty), since I was 17. This one is just as interesting and full of tips and ideas. If I followed these books from front to back cover I could have been catwalk model ha ha. Well worth a read and full of fantastic information that’s not aged in this fast pace world, if everyone followed these simple rules we would all be much happier and healthier!

I originally purchased this book over 20 years ago. We emmigrated to Australia and like so many possessions it had to go to the charity shop. It's one of my favourite books on wellbeing and I am so glad that I have been able to purchase another copy.

This is a very informative book for all those who like using natural alternative products for health and beauty preparations. It covers a wide range of topics and includes some useful recipes for preparing products at home with readily available ingredients.

Love this book. I had the original book but got lost a long the way so I was keen to get it again to add to my book collection. Bronwen Meredith has a wide range of Health and beauty books all very informative.

Fantastic book to have, it has everything from makeup, holistic remedies, how to exercise, even how to cut hair absolutely brilliant.

the item description did not say that the dust jacket was missing. this was a bit of a disappointment as I had avoided other sellers who did not have a dust jacket. This was for a teenager and I felt the dust jacket image was appealing for them.

Love this book! it covers figure, how to dress for your body shape, how to keep fit and how to care for you're hair/nails and skin. Basically an all round go to book for any beauty issue.

I originally bought this book 30 years ago and lost it when moving home. I still consider the advice and content more than relevant today as is was then. Great to have a copy again - wouldn't be without it.

This book has some of the most politically incorrect diet advice I have ever seen. Pro-anorexia blogs watch out, you ain't got s*** on the "drinkers diet." No one will ever write such an honest, straight forward diet book ever again, unless they want to get burned at the stake by the "self care/healthy bodies" folks.

Awesome book, includes awesome nutrition data. Well-researched.

The cover is quite a bit more tattered than I expected but the rest of the book is in better than good condition. I think shipping did a number on the corners... Still, very happy to receive this book and I’ve already read half of it. I love vintage Vogue beauty/diet/exercise books.
