Great solution to getting in an out of the tub. Assembly took a little bit of time, but once together you knew it was stable. Only stumper was we were not able to get the feet of the stool after hooked onto tub to touch the floor. Could not find in the instructions that the elbow hooks to the tubs could be moved up and down to get it where it needed to sit. Also getting the distance between hooks and tub connections was a challenge, but once in place now everything is a breeze. Altogether I would say is it took 40-45 mins to install. The time was worth it. I wish we would have thought of this sooner. Gives a great feeling of safety using it. Very Sturdy. Easy to remove and put back if need be.

This is a great product, just make sure there isn't a toilet or vanity next to the tub. My father's toilet sits next to the tub so it doesn't give much room between it and the toilet. Other than that this is easy to assemble and heavy duty. Was was very pleased with the quality for the price.

I think it's great and the concept is awesome, I just had to unfortunately realize that it's not made for everyone and sadly had to pack it up to return it. It doesn't fit my bathroom very well taking up a lot of space, and with my dad being 6'1" it's almost like he's standing on a cliff to get back down and that's even more risky so we'll be looking for something for him to sit and then swing his legs over.

Great product. Very sturdy but not made for larger people.

I bought this for my father. It was easy to assemble and install. However, once I installed, I had him try it out. He held on to the hand rails as he was getting in. But once he was on the step, getting into the bath tub became very dangerous. Its impossible to hold the rails while stepping in and it is a very big step down. It does make getting out easier, but getting in was way harder.
