Solid, reliable hub.
Had this hub for a while now, but works brilliantly to connect my MacBook Air M4 to 3 separate screens, HDDs x2, camera and speaker system. Switches effortlessly when my work PC is connected to give me complete flexibility. Would be lost now without it! Very happy :-)

did not work tech support poor.
Did not work even with professional tech support. Product support initially very poor and useless. When tracked down another channel language issues resolved, chat was communicative but still no resolution and after days of trying to get it working returned. Don't know if this was defective product or unsuitable. Alternative worked first time.

Good for multiple devices
Having to use multiple devices from my home office this has been a big help in cleaning up my set up as I use multiple peripherals.

Great for gaming and PC/Mac. Not ideal for phones or tablets
Very tidy product, works very well for a dual display, or even a PBP on. Wide screen monitor. My only issue is connectivity, it's needs an app for things to use the USB C. Doesn't go well combining Dex and a wide screen monitor, it just mirrors the screen, so you have massive black bars. I'll be sending it back, it's not for me.

Great.. while it lasted
Was great initially. Used it for both my laptop connection when working from home and my steam deck when docking in desktop mode. Unfortunately, the device decided to stop working completely after a couple of months. Completely dead.

Perfect for a gaming/working from home setup!
This is a fantastic docking station that not only looks clean, but performs extremely well. It’s perfect for a working from home/gaming setup. I primarily use it to connect my M1 MacBook Air via USB-C to two monitors and my gaming PC via HDMI (single monitor). Setting it up was easy, it’s just a case of downloading the drivers and connecting it all up. Switching between devices is easy, you just press the big button to switch, and it switches pretty quickly. Overall, I think that it is a fantastic docking station, perfect for the gaming from home/gaming setup!

Works perfectly with M1 Macbook & Dual monitors
Really good dock, works perfectly with my M1 Macbook and dual monitors, which i've found a lot of other docks in the past don't. Love the fact you can easily switch inputs at the press of a button too. Have a few BenQ products and always impressed with their design & build quality.

Despite being advertised I was unable to get VRR to work with this dock, which stings a little given its rather high price tag, especially when compared to similar cheaper offerings from competing brands. However, I've went through more than 4 docks already, all of which started exhibiting one issue or another several months into use, which, so far, hasn't happened on this dock yet, which speaks for its reliability. Where other docks ended up with broken USB or Ethernet ports, this one seems to be going strong, which makes me believe you get what you pay for, and that the price tag mostly buys you peace of mind, knowing you won't have to replace it 3 months down the road.

I used this dock for few weeks and can't wait for share my experience. Unbox the dock and it is a well design with rich port on both front and back side. The device look quite elegant and solid with the well color aluminum case. When you holding on it, you could feel the quality and weights. Connect to my Macbook pro, it could easy to extend to 3 screens. With the USB C connection, the usb hub working smoothly. I connect 2 extra usb disk and external disk to the deck for my jobs. Since I also have an Alienware Aurora desktop. I am trying to combine my working macbook and it. The switch time between my macbook pro and desktop are crazy amazing. I could easy switch between work and gaming. Then I try to think maybe it will be also great to make a working environment more interesting. I grab my stream deck and try to see how it works. Boom~ It just works. I could just play my steam deck with the big screen. Since it comes more interesting, I just move all my gaming console to have the trial run. XBox X : working great PS 5: working great. I am still finding more fun with the dock, it indeed a great deivce. If you try to find a dock with rich peripheral for your working environment, just try it.

I’ve tried at least half a dozen docks with the Steam Deck — including several marketed as “Steam Deck-specific” — and this is the first one that has worked flawlessly. Compatibility: Plugging in was as close to plug-and-play as it gets. No weird handshake issues, no dropped signals, no fiddling with cables. It just worked the first time and every time since. Performance: The HDMI 2.1 output is rock-solid. Games look sharp and fluid on my external monitor, with no stuttering or flickering. Charging passes through without a hitch, and peripherals (keyboard, mouse, controllers) all sync up smoothly. Design & Build: The dock has a clean, minimal design and feels sturdy enough to handle daily use. The footprint is compact, so it doesn’t take over your desk or entertainment center. I love the folding feature that doubles as a stand for the Steam Deck. Compared to Others: Other docks I’ve tested either struggled with video stability, failed to charge reliably, or caused random disconnects. This one has been the opposite experience — stable, reliable, and seamless. Bottom Line: If you’re looking for a no-hassle dock for the Steam Deck, this is the one. After trying multiple options, the BenQ GR10 is the first that delivered exactly what I wanted: flawless, reliable performance.
