Simple to set up and quickly it was all working. We love the hands-free feature when receiving a call. Reasonably good clarity and I have a hearing problem. You won't go wrong with this intercom.

This system works really well and we use it for three separate buildings. Two locations in one building and one location in each of the next two buildings. It was easy to install and figure out how to use. It’s also expandable if we needed to add other locations. Very clear transmission from every location!

The original order was a gift from our daughter. We have a 2 story home and 6 girls that have bedrooms on the 2nd floor. To help us from yelling up the stairs for the girls we can now call each on one in their room. I'm not sure what the range is off hand, but our home is over 5000 sq. ft and has a finished basement that we use, and these all work fine. The only complaint I have, which is the reason for 4 stars, is they pick up electrical interference and there is a buzzing in the line when connected to another unit. The buzz will reduce in volume if you move the unit away from the source such as a computer or monitor, and even go away if moved far enough away from the source. All in all we are happy enough with the intercom system that I purchased another 4 units to add to our system. Being wireless makes it extremely versatile to place one almost anywhere, and it's super simple to get it working. Just plug it in, assign a number to each up to 9, and it's ready to go. Each base unit can handle up to 9 satellite units, and the audio is clear when not picking up electrical interference. When calling another unit, you just push the assigned number and it will call that unit. When receiving a call from another unit, yours will ring and show the number of the unit that's calling you. All you have to do to answer is just tap on the green phone receiver button and talk. The bundles come with everything you'll need to operate in the box. It comes with the charging cable for each unit and a wall block to plug into. Very easy to set up and use, and the instructions are very easy to understand. I would still recommend these to anyone looking for a wireless intercom for their home. They are still a good value for the money.

Comes work great I have one at my house one of my dad’s house up the hill and one of my brother’s house down the hill we communicate with them

We love these intercoms! We have used these in our retail stores to help our staff communicate from other end of the store and they all llove them. They are SO easy to use and truly work right out of the box. The connect to each other seamlessly and delivery very clear audio. They work so well, we bought 2 sets so both of our stores now have them and we could not be happier!

Do not buy these if you already own older units and plan to expand your system. The newer models look identical to the previous versions, but they will not work together on the Group Call feature. I purchased additional units expecting them to integrate with the intercoms I bought only a few months ago, and they do not. There is no obvious indication that they’re incompatible, which is incredibly frustrating. It feels like a deliberate attempt to force existing customers to replace their entire system instead of simply adding more units. That’s not how you treat customers who have already supported your product. Very disappointing.

THis is a simple to use intercom system, right out of the box. Great for seniors! Just plug the four units into different rooms, in regular wall outlets, press the group button on a machine, and talk. The four intercoms broadcast your message. The volume can be adjusted, too and muted on a unit if desired.
