Simple, hard, fun and love it.
One of my favorite workout DVD's. You work hard,to harder, to your hardest but if something is not for you on that day you can jump back to the work hard exercise. I burned (according to my heart rate monitor) about 470 to 540 calories pretty awesome. Please be aware this is definitely a workout for a fit person. I do not recommend for someone just starting out.

Love everything about this dvd. My students love Mindy and can't beileve how much energy she has...just a great workout.
