Does exactly what it's supposed to do can't really say anymore just good you can order one and get it the next day

I prefer the aniseed flavour to the other flavours which taste awful and seem to have no effect, this is a quality quick relief, easy to swallow and tastes great you can feel it working as soon as you’ve taken a spoon of it, really wish they’d make this in the handy tube sizes. Mint taste is awful so I’m going to have to stick to the bottle
