Overall the taste was alright, this was a fill in for my usual and I would buy again however the texture really wasn’t the kind that I prefer but isn’t enough for me to say don’t buy. It’s hard and a little sticky. Great idea to buy the sampler to determine which flavour you like the best. The numbers for calories etc and fiber etc are great too btw.

They are chewy, delicious & has high protein than other bars. I don't always have them for breakfast sometimes I have them in the afternoon.

For me, the bars taste good. I don't like high-sugar items, and this bar can actually fill you up enough until lunch. Yet after several days of chomping one down on the way to my commute, I noticed that my digestive system changed, and unfortunately not for the better. If, like me, you are sensitive to too much allulose (makes BMs very loose) then you may want to skip this particular bar and go for one of Munk Pack's other bars that don't include it as the SECOND ingredient. That, in combination with the added probiotics, could be a lot for a digestive system to handle on a daily basis. Now I limit myself to a half of a bar every few days, just to keep the runs away. I won't be buying these again.

I love having these on hand to grab as a quick breakfast when I'm in a hurry and eating lightly. They're pricey but, i think, worth it.
