This item was quite easy for an 82 year old woman to put together. All tools and even gloves and extra screws were included. The only suggestion I would make is to label the parts bags to eliminate some confusion on similar looking parts. The clothes rack is very attractive, practically designed and very sturdy. It holds a LOT of clothes and accessories. I would buy again.

I am NOT a person who likes or even wants to put anything together, but I did it. You know what? It was EASY and fun. I made it a challenge. First check all the pieces in the box. Check. Directions were very simple and had this cool support on the base, which was fun to put together. They gave extra screws in case you messed up. The only comment I have is their (spring clips) which I call "pop-outs" which hold the tubes together, didn't pop-out to hold the other tube. I had to take pliers, pull the little clip out and expand open more, then put back in. Easy enough to do with a few of them, but you shouldn't have to do this. If this happens when you get your rack, do not send it back. Just expand them a little and replace into the tube. It will work fine. Mine does and is holding literally 100+ clothes items just fine! BTW I did email Rybee about the pop-outs not popping out the hole in the tube and they actually answered me back! WHEN does any company actually reply? This tells me they are really a great company and from how this works and their response, I will buy more of these racks. We are definitely consumers in the USA. I completely recommend this rack. Also, I love that the one side is specifically made for shorter items, so you get 2x the volume holding clothes with this rack having the bar down the center. The other side is perfect for the longer items, pants, dresses, etc. The wheels are BIG and it's so easy to roll and it doesn't tip not one bit. I've bought MANY clothes racks in my lifetime. Stay away from the smaller tube with plastic racks. They all eventually break. This is a very sturdy, large tube METAL rack with great adjustability as the ends expand a foot on each end on both sides. Love this rack, great company who cares. Oh and the price is excellent too! Don't hesitate!

Bought this for my sister and she loved it. Works perfectly for her clothes and not a chance of falling apart. Very sturdy and holds her clothes very well.

It’s large. It seems quite sturdy. The price was good… but the pictures are a bit misleading. On the back side of the clothes rack, there are two levels for hanging items. I’m an adult male and I wear XXL shirts. When I hang shirts on the top rail, they overlap the bottom rail by a good 5 or 6 inches. When I hang things on the bottom rail, they drag on the bottom rail by 5 or 6 inches. (I’ll attach a photo.) The photos must have children’s clothing in them, because nothing overlaps. The front bar is fine because there’s nothing below it. Putting it together was fairly simple and took about 25 minutes. If you have a ratcheting screwdriver with star bits, it will save you a lot of time over using the included Allen wrenches. The wheels are large and sturdy. The only problem with assembly came when I put the very last bar on top. The holes drilled for it are off by about 1/8 of an inch, so I can’t lock the bar in place. (I’ll attach a photo.)

This item is worth every penny. It is very sturdy. It is nice having the double row on one side and the high bar on the other. It holds much more than anticipated. It easy to assemble although I did have one part on backwards and had to disassemble and resemble but it was worth it.

These are sturdy and hold a lot of clothes and accessories perfect for organizing your wardrobe I use them for organizing clothes for live sales and video outfits. Sturdy and the roll easily.

Good quality for that price.

Wtf so I pay all this money and it’s not even build correctly where I can assemble it , the interlocking poles are shaped wrong they are the incorrect size so I could not interlock the last part and yes it happened to be the last pole of the assembly process . So for me to return it I have to take it all apart seriously not to mention how flimsy it looks I’m so mad waste of money waste of time
