I LOVE THIS CAMERA. It’s easy to use, compact and comes with all the accessories. It’s easy to transfer the footage to a computer for editing. It has a microphone that is incredible. I filmed for dance competitions and it worked just as well as a lapel mic for recent productions. If you want easy, and gets the job done, plus great price, try this camera.

I purchased this video camera for my upcoming YouTube podcast and I am very pleased with my purchase. The camera is easy to use and takes high definition videos and photos. The microphone is quite sensitive and I only need the middle setting to pick up my audio. The view screen can be turned towards me so that I can watch and see myself while I am recording. This is important because I do not have to guess at what I am recording such as how the video is framed. The remote works great and I use it instead of the buttons on the camera itself. The zoom function which can be controlled with the remote allows me to hide my desk and the remote in my hand in order to concentrate on my face while I am speaking. You can install an app on your cell phone and connect with the camera via wifi. The light panel which is included is bright, but I decided to add some additional lighting as well in order to get as clear a picture as possible. I also purchased a tripod which attaches to the bottom of the camera. All in all, a wonderful piece of technology and a steal at the price.

Amazing deal. Great little camera but very capable, readily adjustable by touch screen or remote. Came with a 32 GIG card and two batteries. Has its own lights, both IR as well as a small fill light built into the fold-out screen. But also a much bigger fill light that can clip to the top of the camera's integrated carrying handle. Nice dual power mic. All sorts of advanced options. Can take stills as well as slo-mo, time lapse Timed release multiple stills. Burst photos. Shoots in the dark with its own light. Amazingly well-written and comprehensive illustrated manual. HDMI mini output along with USB to connect to computer. Also wifi capable. But only can go to your smartphone and not to the web. charger for the two batteries, even its own case. Came well and thoughtfully packed. Video is high quality; remote can control zoom without having to touch the camera. Also think the camera can be powered indefinitely via its USB port. Altogether, a decent camera system made all the better by its incredibly low price.

I’ve been using this camcorder for a few weeks now, and overall, it’s a solid performer with a lot to offer, especially for its price point. The 8K resolution is impressive and delivers sharp, detailed footage that looks stunning on larger screens. The 48MP stills are also crisp, making this a versatile option for both video and photography enthusiasts. The WiFi connectivity is a nice touch, allowing for seamless file transfers to my phone for quick sharing on social media. The IR Night Vision feature is a standout — it works surprisingly well, capturing clear footage in complete darkness, which has been great for creative nighttime projects. A couple of minor drawbacks keep this from being a perfect five-star product. The battery life could be better; I find myself needing to recharge more frequently than I’d like, especially during longer shoots. Additionally, the user interface and menu navigation feel a bit dated and could benefit from an update to make it more intuitive. That said, this camcorder is a fantastic choice for vloggers, hobbyists, or anyone looking to level up their video quality without breaking the bank. It delivers on most of its promises and offers excellent value for the features it packs. Would definitely recommend it with a few caveats!

UPDATE: 11/27/2023 After the review went live customer service reached out and offered a full refund. I was highly impressed. Then they followed up with an email explaining my issues and wanted more information. A funny reply about the focus issue was the camera does not have a focus function but "as long as you hold it steady, the video will be relatively clear" (Actually it was on a tripod so holding it wasn't an issue) They also said "use your fingernails to touch the screen" in response to my statement the touch screen is hit and miss. I sent a more detailed response and their reply was, in short, "We have not encountered the problem you mentioned so far." And asked for images, which were sent. (I have also updated my review with some of these images) Now this is where it takes a downward spiral. After telling me they don't experience any of the issues they reverse what they said and now state, for example, the camera doesn't have a focus feature and they never claimed it has a focus so that's why things don't focus. (See images) Next I complained that the camera screen shut off when in webcam/pcCam mode (See image) At first they said it didn't and than after I sent photos they told me that it does shut off and all cameras do this. (They don't) They never addressed the auto shut off when you close the screen. If it were not for the inability to focus on anything close than about 10 feet away it would be a semi decent starter camera. But I am reducing to one star based on comments like this: "If you think it is difficult to use without the focus function, we have actually tested it ourselves. If you adjust and fix the camera, and view the recorded videos and pictures on the computer, the effect will be much better" The images I posted were taken with the camera, you can look at them yourself on the computer...focus is focus and the lack of focus is a flat out deal breaker. Original Review: ====== First things first. If you are purchasing this thinking it is, as is described, a "professional" camera it is not. You get what you pay in terms of camera quality. In terms of included accessories you kind of get more than you pay for. First impressions: 1. Focus seems to be a "fixed" focus. Meaning it doesn't focus before a certain distance. I found no way to set any focused points. 2. When used as a PC camera the flip out screen doesn't function. I could not find a setting that turns the screen on or off. 3. The flip out screen is also an off/on switch. An annoying feature. As mentioned above when used as a PC cam the screen doesn't do anything so you could close it. But you can't because the camera will shut off. 4. The touch screen is hit and miss. So far mostly a miss. I found my self using the remote because is was easier. 5. All of the wording about this being 8k is slightly misleading. It only does 8k at 15fps. Which it does say above if one decides to read the "fine print" but the wording is such that you would be able to shoot 8k at 30. At 15 it's like shooting old 8mm film which was typically set at 15 or 18. 6. On the plus side there are lots of settings such as ISO and color setting as well as basic exposure settings that can be locked in. Most camera in this price range are auto everything. Having said that keep in mind my first impression is that these settings don't matter when it's used as a PC cam. Mater of fact you have no access to any camera settings. I really have not tested the still camera mode, mostly because of the focus issue. This all is subject to updates as I use it more as well as the manufacturer reaching out to explain the above issues. For example will there be a firmware update that solves these issues?
