Smooth. This thing is Smooth. Great Bench Too.
This is a great Product. The bench and lat movements all hinge on professional bearings that move so smooth. I bought this because I wanted a better Lat pulldown training setup. I've had a bowflex extreme for years and mostly use it for back and shoulders but it gets harder at the end of the movement and sometimes one of the rods bangs on the frame. This is much better. There's plate holders placed inbetween the bench bars and the lat bars, so it's easy to move weights from the storage rods to where you need them. The lat attachment has a grippy coating on it which I think is better than standard bars. The bench is multi-angle and slides back and forth, as well as having a pin that can lock it into place with the machine. Very stable. The bench cushion is also flat, where my body smith bench has more of a rounded cushion which isn't great for body stability, so this is better. It took me 4 hours to assemble and it's 81 inches high, so measure your area before buying. It fits into my basement space nicely and is a great addition. This is now probably the best piece of equipment that I own. Again, the bearings are way better than pully or steel pin systems often used for attachments and arms. Top of the Line Product.

Perfect workout system I’ve bought.
This machine is a beast! You can do all kinds of workouts with it. I wish I would have bought it sooner. It did take awhile to assemble but well worth it. Only problem I have with the machine is the bench is a little wobbly but not too bad I just make sure I’m stable before I lift. Well worth the money.Currently I bought the leg ext/ leg curl attachment and dip attachment ( still waiting for it) but I see myself buying more attachments when I can.

Great experience all around.
Worked with Paul from Prime Fitness during delivery. Paul was great - a true professional who took care of entire delivery and kept me updated daily. Great experience would use them again any time. The product itself was a home run. Base,Basement gym addition that has everything. Great buy

Very good, not perfect, but still a good value
I'm 50, and I purchased this about 2 months ago and have about 30 workouts on this machine, total.-Super sturdy: The construction is impeccable. It doens't move, flex, or worry me in the least. I've loaded it up with 300 lbs and it doesn't move...at all. every component on it, from the bench to the cable pulleys, are over engineered. Its a piece of fitness gear that will long outlast my gimpy rotator cuffs.-Safety: I bought it because I hate going to gyms and want to work out alone. I never have to worry about dropping a bar on my neck or getting squashed by a squat bar. I can work to exhaustion with no spotter or my wife at home "just in case"-Lots of exercises, but not as many as you think - The problem with this machine, is that any exercise done with the split bars is on an arc. This makes it awkward to line up the the correct geometry of any push or pull exercise you do with them. The best exercise is the the one where your plane of motion is a tangent to the circle the pivot and the end of the press bars describe. If you dont' set up the bench and bars that way your motion ican be in an exaggarated arc and feels super-awkward. I've found myself abandoning doing rows with the bars and favoring the cables since I can't seem to find a good set-up angle. I may just need to work with the machine more to figure it all out, but its jsut easier for me to do a cable row than figure out a bench row that is comfortable. Same thing applies to the bench press, shrugs, etc...- I bought the preacher curl attachment and its great, but it makes moving the bench out of the way much harder. I'm assuming any attachment would likely do the same. Putting hte attachment on and taking it off is not a great experience. The way the attachment sits in the post reciever, torques the post so that you basically have to brute-force align the post and simultaneously pull upward to remove the post or it binds. I don't see myself ever buying another attahcment, because its just too much of a PITA to swap exercises.-Low profile - I live in the Northeast with a typical 6' basement cieling and the top pulley fits right between the floor joists. This, more than anything made my decision of this machine versus a cage or rack. If you're low on space, this thing is acutally quite compact, all things considered.Happy with my purchase, and woul recommend it to others. Its expensive, but all good exercise equipment is, and its construction and the full body workout I can get with one machine, without a spotter, is something you jsut can't get with anything else.

High quality and versatile home gym
Bought this after my gym closed due to covid19. An impressive piece of equipment, that works as well or almost as well, high end gym equipment. The unit is very well built and stable even with heavy weights. Chest, back and arm workouts are great. Bench has excellent adjustability. You can work to failure with no need for a spotter. Leg workouts for me are a little unnatural in body position as compared to squats with bar, but are acceptable. I would suggest adding some inexpensive hand holds/bars for the cable system, it comes with a short straight bar, a single handle and medium wide lat bar, I added a V bar for triceps, and a double handle for close grip pulling. I would recommend a 300lb olympic plate set if you are currently working out and or can bench 225lb.

Such an amazing machine
I've had the older model of this machine years prior, got rid of it and regretted it, when COVID-19 came to play, and they shut gyms down by me. I since purchased it again, and the newer model is beefier, sturdier, and offers way more options than what already was an amazing machine. With the exception of chest flyes, which you can mimic other ways, or purchase the Archeon pulleys to perform, this machine can hit all the basic exercises. I always upgrade things, as the stock handles and clips seem a little light weight for what I prefer, so I add on tons of cable attachments and replace the carbines with heavier gauge ones, but not necessary. Very satisfied with this machine, twice an owner now, and would recommend it to anyone.
