This product was helpful for me to reboot my gut health after I felt heavy and bloated for months . It also was easy on my stomach. Please don't make any plans to go out for at least a day when taking this cleanser.

Be careful as the packaging has vegan clearly labeled on it but actually has gelatin capsules which is not vegan. They trick us further by having a similar vegan approved symbol that is fake and stands for something else.

I saw relief in three days. By the end of the bottle the over growth had been arrested. I also took a sip of ACV every night before bed.So I would give this a thumbs up

Love this product….. it takes about two weeks to see a difference, but I crave sugar less.

This cleanse works as expected however it takes several days to do so. The recommended dosage is 2 capsules per day. I followed those instructions for the first 3 days with no results. On the 4th day, things started moving but did not feel complete. Therefore I increased the dosage by 1 - so 3 per day. The pills are big but still fairly easy to swallow. They had no taste or smell. Overall an okay cleanse but as mentioned it takes several days before seeing results and overall I still don't feel completely "cleansed". Luckily, there are 60 capsules so I will cut back down to the recommended dosage and take for another month.
