Great item, works as it should. WIFI connection can be iffy, but not necessarily fault of product.

Older model, but great product. Works very well for real estate.

Good but not great.
I purchased this as a used unit and it works fine and was in great shape. The 3 stars comes from the slow process from taking the photo and the time the photo is uploaded to my phone. I use this for real estate and it is a replacement for my theta x. Battery life is pretty good and WiFi works well but does disconnect sometimes. Easy to use and picture quality is ok.

Great 360 camera
I’ve been using this camera for property inspections for almost 3 years now. Had to get a new one because we dropped and broke it. But the insurance, it’s worth it if you use this camera frequently.

Money Making Camera
Price was right. These cameras are money makers. Very Happy with purchase.

No support
This is a very nice device, HOWEVER. I have been taking panoramas and using them on my websites. On 18 November, Ricoh broke all the web links, and now all the posts of their panoramas are worthless. BEWARE, they do not respond to complaints and will not fix the links.

Cette appareil m'a fait perdre une après midi à essayer de le régler. Les instructions sont illisibles. La communication Bluetooth ne veut pas fonctionner, il n'est pas reconnu quand on le connecte à l'ordinateur, les photos sont de basse qualité, impossible de le déclencher avec le smartphone. Impossible de télécharger les photos 360° sur l'ordi. le HDR ne fonctionne pas toutes les hautes lumières sont cramées (fenêtres). Résultat je perd la face devant mes clients . MERCI RICOH Retour à l'envoyeur!
