The frame was good quality and arrived quickly. Well packaged to protect the frame, was perfect for a scrabble picture made for a friend

Came a little dusty, but perfect for what i wanted it for!! Love it!! The glass can be put like a normal frame or put further forward to create a somewhat deep space.

These arrived in a terrible state, the glass was completely covered in oily grime on both sides, the frame was covered in weird white dust. Apart from that and after a thorough cleaning they are very nice, and good quality too.

I used the frame to mount my dads merchant navy stripes shoulder stripes and cap band as he kept them in a box in a cupboard

I bought this expecting it to be like any other frame I've purchased over the years...Expecting too much I suppose. The clips that hold the backing, the picture and the glass are just pushed into the MDF by a few mm. So when you bend them back to first open the back, they pull out and some had even fallen out in the box. Then if they do remain in place...after you have put your picture in and closed it...you have to bend them back to hold the frame together...then those too fall out and you can't put them back into the MDF as they were done by machine. Very poor, sent it straight back for refund. Bought another type in far higher quality and for less.

Worked well as a frame for a product.

Purchased this on Prime as needed it the next day for a present. Arrived beautifully packaged. Was covered in dust from the polystyrene but no big deal as easily wiped off. However, when opening the actual frame and taking the glass out there was a chip in the top corner which I cut my finger on. I wiped the blood off so I could photograph and send to seller but there doesn't appear to be any way of contacting the seller direct. I did not want to package up broken glass either to return in case the person at the other end hurt themselves too. Real shame as the frame itself was lovely for the money.

The item description repeatedly says glass, but it's actually plastic. Not even high quality thick plastic but a flimsy sheet. The rest of the frame looked quite good however, hence 2 stars and not 1.

the frame is really nice and good sturdy quality, real glass. they did accidentally give me the wrong color, i ordered black and got the wood instead, however, its not a big deal and it looks great. i didn't realize they put the glass in a different place for shipment so it took me a second to realize that it is a shadow box and that you have to move the glass location, but thats on me for being too excited to use the it and not paying attention :)

La description mentionne une vitre, en verre. Au final, il s'agit de plexiglas. Tous les cadres sont arrivés plein de poussière. Description mensongère. J'en ai acheté 7,je les renvoie tous.
