I bought one of these and it didn't work. Even the awesome customer service folks agreed it was a dud. I bought a second one and it's close to being the ideal humidifier! I use it for the houseplants in my bedroom and the dual mist models are indispensable! It's designed well for one with the controls on top. There is a little noise when the pump moves the water up, but it's hardly noticeable. The rest of the time it's silent. It holds enough water that I can fill it once a day - and it runs constantly. Hey, it's good for the mammals in the household too! I love its slim profile - it fades into the background in black. We mammals are sleeping better and no more Tucson nose bleeds! I love that the display can be turned off at night. I know I said it's almost perfect - I would love if it has an option for warm mist. The warmth could raise the temperature for my plants a wee bit - it at least not cool them further. I think it's really negligible. I can't imagine finding a more perfect humidifier for my family (plant and animal.) It comes with amazing customer service too!

I’m extremely disappointed with this humidifier. I took very good care of it, followed all instructions, and cleaned it regularly, yet it stopped working after just 2 months. Most of its advertised functions either don’t work properly or don’t work at all, making it essentially the same as a cheap, basic humidifier. To make matters worse, the customer service is terrible. When I reached out about the malfunction, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. They refused to take responsibility even though the device failed unusually early. It feels like the team behind this product is shady and scummy, prioritizing profits over customers. Honestly, this was a waste of money. I expected a high-quality product for the price, but instead, I got a poorly functioning device and nonexistent support. I would not recommend this to anyone, and I’ll be purchasing from a reputable brand instead. Save your money, please don’t ignore this. Terrible product. Terrible people.

The humidifier was so easy to set up and works great. It is so quiet I can still sleep and the dark mode helps but isn’t so bright I can’t sleep with it still lit up.

I really like this humidifier, it’s tall and slim and doesn’t take up much room. It holds a good amount of water. It has a good mist to keep moisture in the air. I keep it running all the time and it takes a little over a day before I have to refill it. I keep it on level 2 mist. It has helped with the dryness in my home. I’ve even noticed that my dog is scratching less since I got it. A good buy and worth the money.

I love the size, I have an open floor plan, this on level 3 keeps the air moist in my whole 1000ft upstairs. It is heavy if you decide to move it while it's filled, so I use a 2 gallon plastic pitcher to fill. It's also quiet I have been sleeping in the upstairs because this has made it so much easier to breath during the freezing cold northern Minnesota winter. We run the heater 24/7 and the air gets so dry. I only have to fill it 1x a day usually before going to sleep.

I love this thing. It puts out a lot and I only have to fill it once a day. It is easy to fill and keeps the humidity level in my room where I want it. I was a little hesitant because of the price and I did get it on sale but it was well worth the money. A little difficult to clean because of the nooks and crannies but that is most humidifiers.

I didn’t realize I needed this as bad as I did. I do think it needs work because on occasion it makes a loud noise kinda like it’s refilling or something. It’s not bad if your are generally a heavier sleeper you don’t hear it. But if you are a light sleeper I could imagine you will hear it when I hides it cycles up again.
