I alternate between this and the gum because the latter involves chewing which isn’t healthy for the stomach long term. I’m baffled by some of the reviews here- yes it dissolves quickly but not if you keep it at the side of your mouth. Also It’s a cessation tool, not a substitute for smoking! I use it in times of intense cravings and it works. Ofcourse willpower is equally important here. It’s been 10 days now and I used to smoke 6-10 a day before that. If you really want a consistent flow of nicotine, try the patch. This works as a great craving-nullifier. Yes, it definitely could’ve been cheaper.
