It's way better than we thought! It's soft and a durable material. It's very long, so we had to use a body pillow plus another pillow.

Customization turned out ok, but very hard to put into the size pillow we ordered it for. It ripped when placing the pillow in it, kind of bummed out my daughter, who it was for.
