I’ve been using Applied Nutrition BCAA Amino Hydrate regularly for around two years (roughly a tub every couple of months), and it’s become my go-to “workhorse” intra-workout drink. It mixes fast in a shaker, tastes clean and refreshing (Icy Blue Raz is solid), and it genuinely helps me stay hydrated and recover well when training hard. Great stuff
I'm knocking on a bit and repair real slow. I was getting pains in my legs after running which stopped me running as many days. This stuff actually works, I drink just before and straight after exercise and it works for me! I thought the flavour tasted a little synthetic at first but I've grown to like it and would buy again.

Great value and great taste!
Great value alternative to Xtend. Mixes very well. Goes down a treat and Blue Razz flavour is banging! Approx. 30p per drink absolutely p***** all over expensive isotonics. I try to educate anyone who’ll listen about the benefits of BCAA’s. Not just for weights or other gym workouts, it’s perfect for hydrating on a daily. (And also helps hangovers, thank me later 😘).

Blue Ras tastes like soap
This tastes like soap, absolutely disgusting. The other flavours are fine but unless I got a bad batch, this makes me want to vomit. Blue raspberry is usually my fav flavour but not this one.

Look at the label, If you add all the aminos weight + electrolytes you end up with about 20g… in a 14g scoop
