But health comes as first priority. Don't apply it on the same place daily. When started itching it means begins to work. Itching will diminish slowly. No allergic reaction. It is the best option for quit the smoking /chew tobacco habit in this 14mg session coz when u go to 7mg there u feel what really craving is. I really doubt sometimes "is there really nicotine present in the 7mg patches?" I don't want to demotivate anyone at the same time I really had to tell what I felt that might be very useful for someone like me. But I have to stick it coz I have ordered 2 packs of 7mg and can't quit the habit within 21 mg or 14 mg. One important thing is this 7mg really remembers the craving and urge u to go back to smoking that what Iam really afraid of. I ordered nikotex patches since I was wanted to quit smoking but I wasn’t aware about the discomforts. I applied the patch on my left arm. Sat in my car. Left for job. After exactly 15 minutes. My left arm was swollen. My heart beat got slower. I wasn’t able to breath middle of the traffic jam I was helpless My whole body was sweating. My head was spinning I was feeling like vomiting what not. Immediately I grabbed some water bottles. Fruity to maintain my blood pressure normal. I would recommend everyone if someone is heavy smoker smokes more than 15 cigarettes a day. They should start with 2mg nicotine patch. Not 21mg that’s not for indian smokers. Also when you have nothing to do during day time. Apply that patch n get rested at home. Definitely my urge for smoke was immediately gone. But it’s not for people who smoke 15 cigarettes in a day or more. It’s for people who smoked 2,3 packets in a day.
