So far, I love how I feel taking these green tea capsules.
I got this green tea capsules with green coffee beans and apple cider vinegar to help with energy and weight loss. So far they have a very high quality ingredient, great value for the price, easy to use, easy to swallow, more energy, clearer thinking, antioxidants, I have noticed since I've been taking it for a couple weeks but I do sleep better at night, my mind doesn't race as much. I really like that you only have to take one capsule a day. And another thing I really enjoy is it does not give me the jitters like I feel like I'm high on caffeine. I like the effectiveness of the energy, clear thinking and all around better feeling. I will definitely be buying these again.

Potential reduction in amyloidosis (amyloids)
I was diagnosed with a low grade amyloidosis, doctor said diet not important but green tea may help 6 months later, after using this Green Tea Extract, another test showed no amyloidosis!

It has a nice aroma to it, which makes it easier to take every day. I am assuming it is doing its job. I have only been taking it for a couple of weeks.

Weight loss help without jitters
I have been taking Green Tea extract for several months as part of my weight reduction plan and I am losing weight at a reasonable pace. I believe this supplement helps. I recommend it and will continue using it until I meet my goal. Years ago I used a different brand and it gave me a lot of jitters, I think it probably was a higher dose of caffeine. This product doesn’t affect me like that at all, in fact I don’t feel any effect from taking it.
