Elevate Your Audio, Literally: The "Ear-Level" Advantage of the Sanus HTBS Adjustable Stands!
Got all the pieces. Easy set up Sound is decent. Dont think you getting movie theater sound. The weight is light. Just follow the instructions In the world of home theater, "Placement is King." If you are running a 5.1 or 7.1 surround system with satellite speakers, the SANUS HTBS Adjustable Stands are the most cost-effective way to transition from "sound in a room" to a "cinematic experience." After integrating these into a mid-range satellite setup, here is my expert breakdown of why Sanus remains the industry standard for mounting solutions. The Engineering: Stability Meets Versatility Sanus is known for over-engineering their products, and while these are designed for "Small" speakers (up to 3.5 lbs), they don't feel like toys. The heavy-gauge steel pillars and wide, weighted bases provide a low center of gravity. This is crucial if you have pets or children; these stands are designed to resist tipping better than almost any generic brand I’ve tested in this price bracket. Acoustics: The 10-Inch Sweet Spot The standout feature is the 10" height adjustment. For the best immersion, your "tweeters" (the top part of your speaker) should be at ear level when you are seated. These stands allow you to dial in that exact height, ensuring that high-frequency sounds—like dialogue and crisp sound effects—reach your ears directly rather than bouncing off the floor or furniture. PROS Universal Compatibility: Between the L-shaped brackets and the keyhole adapters, these will fit 99% of small satellite speakers (including popular models from Bose, Polk, Sony, and Klipsch). Integrated Cable Management: One of my biggest pet peeves is "cable spaghetti." These stands feature a hollow pillar that allows you to route your speaker wire internally, creating a clean, professional look that keeps the "spouse-approval factor" high. Weighted Base Design: The bases are heavy enough to stay put on thick carpet but include rubber feet for hardwood floors to prevent scratching and acoustic rattling. Dead-Simple Assembly: Even for a novice, the DIY assembly takes less than 15 minutes. The instructions are clear, and all necessary hardware is included. Sleek Aesthetic: The matte black finish is non-reflective, ensuring these won't catch the glare from your TV or projector screen during a movie. CONS Strict Weight Limit: 3.5 lbs means 3.5 lbs. Do not try to mount medium-sized bookshelf speakers or heavy Sonos units on these. They are strictly for "satellite" speakers. Wire Gauge Limitations: If you are using heavy-duty 12-gauge speaker wire, you might find it a tight squeeze through the internal channel. 14 or 16-gauge wire works perfectly. Top-Heaviness: While the base is weighted, if you extend them to their full maximum height, they naturally become a bit more prone to swaying if bumped. Overall Input The Sanus HTBS Speaker Stands are a masterclass in "entry-level audiophile" gear. They solve the three biggest issues of home theater setup: height, stability, and wire management. For the price of a couple of movie tickets, you are getting a permanent upgrade to your home theater’s soundstage and aesthetics. Pro-Tip: When setting these up, don't just "guess" the height. Sit in your favorite viewing spot, have someone measure the distance from the floor to your ear, and set the stand height so the speaker's tweeter aligns with that measurement. The difference in clarity will be immediate and significant! Who is this for? Anyone with a "Home Theater in a Box" system, owners of small satellite speakers (Bose, etc.), and apartment dwellers who want a professional look without drilling holes in the walls.

They do the job.
These stands are pretty good. Their design is slick and well thought out. They are good quality and the installation is fairly straight forward. The only issue I find is the stability on a carpeted floor. Not the best. In my case I don't have a lot of traffic and they should stay in place without a problem, but they can be easily toppled by your dog for example. Other than that, I find them very good at this price.

Stands for Vizio speakers.
The stands came well organized in the box. The stands fulfill their purpose and used them to hold vizio 5.1 surround speakers, the cable speaker wont go through the stand hole due to the cable plug head is a bit bigger. the items come with straps to hold cable into the surround pole. or you can purchase able hider sleeve from amazon and hideds the cable very good. Item came with a small issue but customer support helped and made it worth the while. Great stands and nice powder coating.

Functional stand that is good at this price point.
These stands are functional, but the build instructions are not great. Also the plastic compression nut used to allow for height adjustment is not very good in my opinion. Others may have had more success with them. The stands are nice and heavy but the bend in the upper rod is a little tight for my Samsun speakers and I had to work to get the speaker to sit vertical on the stand.

Solid, dependable speaker stands
For years I've been precariously shoving my rear Vizio speakers wherever they'd fit on a shelf or on the back of the couch. Finally, after having to replace one that took a few too many drops and devolved into pops and static, I decided to get dedicated stands to hold them. Really glad I did. The stands are firm, truly universal in design, they've got enough weight to remain in place but still be easily moved. The screws worked well the first time and while the instruction manual could've been a little clearer, the build was simple enough that I got it right on the first try. Adjustable size for whatever living space you're using these with. Highly recommended.
