Good value for money
The ordering and the delivery of the items was seemless. It was deliver on the date stated. I am new to any kind of suspension training equipment so was expecting to see come kind of guideline about how to set it up but all there was was a bit of card showing tge exercises you can do. The kit itself seems very sterday and of equivalent quality to my friend's TRX set. I used it at my netball session for our strength and conditioning training and it went down very well. I bought to of the same for the price it would have cost me for 1 TRX. I'm happy with my purchase but it's early days yet. I've given it 4 stars because it can without set up guidelines

Nice but not what I was looking for
It was too short for what I was looking for. I wanted something that was longer on each side and was a single long piece of rope rather than something that forces you to hook it on to something. For someone light that wants to train at home then I'm sure it's good however, I'm heavy and tall so need something that is longer that I can use outdoors.Quality of the product is good however.

A serious piece of kit
I was very surprised when these arrived. Came very well packaged and the quality is gym standard. I bought these as a bit of a stop gap as i am currently setting up a home gym. I have not used these yet but can clearly see that these will take some hammer. There are great value for money for the quality of product.

Not possible to adjust strap length
It is not possible to adjust the length of the strap which severely limits the number of excercices that can be done effectively. This is not clear by the product description. Return from for another brand.

Good for working out at home
Good for exercises muscles in the legs and arms. Has helped solve some of my arm and leg pains after some use. Comes in a nice box
