J'adore l'ayurveda, alors cette huile m'a attirée. Je fais partie de ceux qui aiment la cannelle, pour moi l'odeur et le goût, ça va. Mais au final, pour l'oil pulling je préfère l'huile de coco ou de sésame natures.

Easy oil to swish. Has a refreshing cinnamon flavor. Cleanses the palate, also removes phlegm and mucus from the oropharyngeal airway. Pleasantly freshens breath with cinnamon and healing effect with ashwaganda. Excellent product!

effective, teeth feel a lot cleaner than just regular brushing. gums have improved too

I wasn't sure what to expect of ashwaganda so I bought the travel size to see if I'd like the flavor. Turns out all I can really taste is a nice cinnamon flavor. It's not too strong, but overpowers any other ingredient that might not taste great.
