(IT WORKS!). This stuff actually works. Nothing else. Did check out my review.
It works when nothing else does! My wife was suffering from IBSC and nothing she had tried worked at all. Once you started taking these. It took about 3 to 4 weeks and her system began to reset and she would have lack of constipation and lack of gas and bloating both which was a big deal so it was definitely worth the extra $10 to get this double strain version. Because if even only one thing works for you it will give you a lot of relief and she was somebody who had tried everything. Lots of other probiotic options.laxatives fiber etc None had this effect. When I saw that one of the strains had a 90% effectiveness rate in a clinical trial and the other string to 67% effectiveness rate I was like hey look this is better than a flip of a coin that both will work for her and it’s almost a fools bet to say that one won’t and look here we go it took her from not being able to remember the last day, she didn’t deal with uncomfortableness to having most days be good so I hope this can bring you the same relief

No “go” for me!
I’m a 65 yr old female. I was really hoping this would work for chronic constipation, but it did not.

Decent # of CFUs, 3rd Party Tested! But No Prebiotics or Digestive Enzymes
I recently decided to try IB-PRO Probiotic by Miome, and although I haven’t experienced any noticeable changes yet, I’m reviewing it based on the product’s content, formula, and overall value. The product contains 30 pills, with each pill offering 2 billion CFUs of two strains of Bacillus coagulans: Lactospore (MTCC 5856) and Unique IS-2 (MTCC 5260, ATCC PTA-11748). These are both well-researched strains, known for their potential to support gut health and reduce digestive discomfort such as gas and bloating. Since the probiotics are clinically studied, I’m hopeful that with continued use, I’ll start noticing benefits. At $26.95 for a month’s supply, the price is a bit on the higher side. While the formulation includes two types of Bacillus coagulans, the CFU count per pill is relatively modest compared to some other probiotics on the market, which often offer higher CFU counts or include additional ingredients such as prebiotics or digestive enzymes. Unfortunately, this probiotic lacks those complementary ingredients, which would have further supported digestion. The absence of these could be a drawback if you're looking for a more comprehensive digestive supplement. One of the great things about this probiotic is its convenience. You only need to take one capsule per day, and it can be taken with or without food. The fact that it doesn't require refrigeration makes it easy to store and travel with. Additionally, the pills are individually wrapped in foil, which helps preserve freshness and protects the capsules from humidity—definitely a plus for maintaining potency over time. Miome ensures product quality by using third-party testing, which verifies the active ingredients and checks for contaminants (via Beaconpoint Labs), as well as allergens (via Romer Labs). This commitment to quality assurance provides confidence that you’re getting a safe and reliable product. Plus, the capsules are vegetarian, free from animal products, gluten, dairy, and soy, making it suitable for various dietary needs. Final Thoughts: The IB-PRO Probiotic by Miome seems like a solid, straightforward probiotic with two well-studied strains of Bacillus coagulans. While I haven’t seen any noticeable effects yet, the product is easy to use and comes with good quality control. The lack of prebiotics or digestive enzymes is a downside, and the price point may seem high for what’s offered. However, if you're looking for a simple, clean, third party tested probiotic, this could still be a good option for you.

not helpful with my fructose malabsorption
I deal with fructose malabsorption, and typically probiotics tend to make the symptoms worse. However, because this probiotic specifically claimed to help with gas, bloating and stomach discomfort, I decided to give it a try. I noticed that my symptoms (gas, bloating and discomfort) were significantly worse in the couple of days after introducing this probiotic. I can't know for certain that the probiotic was the cause, but it certainly seemed to be. If so, on the one hand, it does seem to be active and potent and make it through the digestive system! That's a good sign that it *could* be helpful for others! But based only on my experience, it seems to be counterproductive for me and my fructose malabsorption symptoms.

Game changer for bloating!!
A doctor i follow online recommended these probiotics for bloating. Like the studies it worked for me in 2-4 weeks. i’ve been taking them for 10 days now and can already feel it helping. i used to be bloated most days, now i rarely get that feeling. feel much slimmer too! i like that they’re also gluten free and i dont need to store them in the fridge. these will be by my side all year, no doubt

Good stomach acid resistant bacteria to help prebiotic digestion of fiber in the lower GI.
It seems to work pretty well. There are reasons for easting fiber, some believer it wipes the pipes clean as it travels through the system keeping build up of sludge and bacteria in check. That is mostly a myth. Much of fiber while it helps in bowel movements is not digestible to be used by the body. Things like corn and other fibers can be seen in the stool, and look they they didn't digest at all. However the real "digestion" is not by the body to use the nutrients in fiber, but by the digestive bacteria in the colon. While your stomach and digestive system do not digest the fiber to feed your blood cells and other systems, the lower colon bacteria are "fed". It's the waste products of that "digestion" that are absorbed back into the blood stream and carry antioxidants and other essential nutrients to the brain and other organs. This has some acid resistant strains of bacteria that pass through the acidic bath in the stomach, and get to the lower intestine to do their work on the fiber that gets there to keep us healthy. If you take the wrong food, or get sick, experience loose or liquid stools then your lower GI needs to be repopulated. I'd suggest when using this not to take it if you have indigestion with too much stomach acid so it will pass more of the friendly bacteria where needed. After a few days of taking I went from loose stools to solid regular movements. It worked good. Recommended.
