Great Customer Service
Worked great initially, have had it for barely a year and now won’t turn on or charge. Disappointed in the life of the massage gun, expected a few years, it left than one. ***Update 1/30/26, after the battery went out, decided to try reaching out to customer service. They were very good and in no time actually sent a replacement. Great piece of mind on a really good product.

Great customer service
Bought this massager for Christmas present. It worked well but then battery/charger stopped working. The company responded immediately to our inquiry and replaced the massager within a day or two. They were very understanding and prompt. The new massager works really well and we are very happy with this company!

So relaxing and definitely strong and durable. Me and my wife love this thing and we both work desk jobs and have back pain.

Broke with in the first 4 days.
Well it seemed like a great product until it stopped working with in the first 4 days. Felt amazing, great power and then the turn on button would not work. Recharged it just to see if we had let the battery run down, but no, the units turn on button was broken and it just wont work. Able to return, but will not try this again. Disappointing.

Silent and very strong
Great but stronger than expected. It is so quiet compared to the cheaper other brand unit I received for Christmas and returned. Fit and finish are excellent but I may look for an additional gentler unit for shallower pains. This one is a keeper.

Worth every penny!
This product is no joke! After a ton of research I went ahead and grabbed this T2 model based on mostly positive reviews but skeptical that I didn’t see many negatives. Now that I own one I see why, it is incredibly powerful even at the lowest setting. I love the variety of attachments it came with even though I haven’t used anything but the ball. I love that it came with a case and a charger and the device itself feels very high quality. It has worked wonders for my peroneal tendinitis!
