Absolutely fantastic product. I used the massage gun for months on a daily basis and it's been one of my favorite purchases. I ran into a bit of an issue with the product and e-mailed the Bob and Brad support team and they went above and beyond in their support. After my Theragun gave up on me, after reading the great reviews, I decided to go with the Bob and Brad D6 PRO with heat. Additionally, the excellent reviews regarding customer service were a significant factor in my decision. Straight out of the box it comes across as really well made. As for performance, it's better than the Theragun I had. And at least a £100 cheaper. After a week's use, my calves have lost that tightening feeling. Aches in my shoulders have disappeared. Personal preference is the constant M1 variation. There are 3 other settings you can use. Take your pick. It comes with a good selection of massage heads. I'm still working out which ones work best with each area, although the instruction manual provides pointers on which ones work best and where. My only concern was with all that vibration; how long will it last. However, it comes with a 2-year guarantee, and customer service is easy to get hold of. In summary, a brilliant bit of kit. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, it developed a fault and stopped working after about 3 months. I contacted customer service on a Sunday and had a replacement delivered by Thursday, which was impressive. Overall, very happy with the product and the quick, hassle-free support. It would be a 5 star but for the fault it developed.

I am someone who has very tense and stressed shoulders and I find many massage guns not to be effective in this area but this one is! Easy to use and charges with the modern usb c cable. Comes with many different heads for different parts of the body. The display screen is easy to read. The storage box is also a lovely accessory.

Update: customer service is excellent and they are very supportive with issues. Despite the problem with the machine, they were able to rectify the problem very quickly and satisfactorily. *** Second product from this brand, previous was the X6 model. Both had power on issues where the first just didn't turn on after a few uses and this D6 model decided to turn on by itself randomly and now won't power on properly at all. There is clearly a fundamental design flaw with the power on aspect of these devices. Tried to give them a second chance but repeated issue with the same problem.

Opened the package, turned it on for 1 sec and turned itself off. Since then, the massage gun just doesn’t turn on at all no matter how long you charge. Charging of the battery caused the battery pack to heat up. Just bought a piece of useless plastic which I have to return it straight away. Waste of time. Update 12-Feb Seller offered a replacement unit. But shipment didn’t arrive. They sent a proof that shipment has delivered, but my door camera has not captured their courier at all. Another waste of time.
