Review: I bought the TEETER EP-560 Inversion Table for my wife as a Christmas gift, and overall it’s been an excellent addition to our home. Even though I placed the order very close to Christmas, it arrived in good time and in perfect condition. I was honestly a bit intimidated by putting it together, but the assembly process was straightforward. I got it done by myself in under an hour, which is impressive for something that looks this heavy-duty. The instructions were clear, and all the pieces fit together without frustration. If I can build it, anyone can. My wife loves this inversion table. She uses it regularly to stretch and decompress her back, and she says it’s comfortable, effective, and genuinely relaxing. I tried it too, not usually someone into this sort of thing, and even though I wasn't inverted for long, I found the experience surprisingly comfortable and relaxing. That said, I did end up with a little bit of a sore back for a day. After doing some reading, I found that you're really supposed to start with very short sessions and gradually increase your time as your body adapts. My wife did not have this issue! We are both on the bigger side, I am 260lbs, for my own safety I will not announce my wife's weight! But this table feels incredibly solid. There is no wobble or instability, and it gives us confidence while using it at various inversion angles. Review: Easy to assemble. Bought it for my wife. So far she enjoys it. Hoping it helps her back problems.

Best quality from the packaging to the overall design. I like the Teeter app, which helps you take full advantage of all the multiple functions it offers. The build is solid and very well constructed. The ankle supports are extremely comfortable, which has been an issue with other products I’ve tried in the past. I highly recommend this product, not only for its design and comfort but also for the outstanding customer support. The app is excellent for teaching you how to use the table correctly, and the packaging is top-notch, with every bolt and nut organized in its own labeled ziplock bag, making assembly so much easier. They also provide a link to a step-by-step assembly video, which is very well done and something I wish I had watched before assembling it. Many shortcuts and positioning tips for assembly.

As I write this review, I've assembled my EP-560 and I've used it 3 to 4 times a day. Summary: I love it. Assembly was reasonably simple. I recommend using a real screwdriver and a real wrench instead of the included tools. Several of the fasteners require use of the included allen wrench. I dislike allen wrench fasteners and wish they were philips screws. But that's just a nit. The one part of the assembly that was not simple was getting the "pillow" attached. The pillow has two little rubber protrusions on the underside. These protrusions have to be shoved thru openings in the upper end of the table bed. I flipped the pillow over and tried to match the distance between the protrusions with the distance between slots on the table bed. It seemed to me there was no place where those protrusions would just slide right thru a pair of slots! I finally got it attached, but it wasn't easy or intuitive, and the instructions were not very helpful on this one point. Still, I would give assembly 9 out of 10. Using the EP-560 has been great. I am 5'11" tall and "long waisted." If my legs had ever grown to match the height of my trunk, I would be 6'2" or 6'3". I first tried setting the main shaft to my actual height, but I could not get the table bed to tip backwards. I changed the height setting on the main shaft several times, and finally settled on 6'2". I'm having no problems now getting the device to behave as intended. I found it a little difficult to manage the ankle bar lock by bending over to lock and unlock the ankle bar before and after using the device. So I cut a 5' section of rope, and tied a carabiner clip at each end. I clipped one carabiner over to the ankle bar lock and the other to the A-frame. Now I can hop on the device, pull up on the rope to engage the ankle bar, do my stretching, and then unlock the ankle bar by pulling the rope again. After using the device, my lower back pain is pretty much gone for the next 30 minutes or so. With each use, my back pain is lessening overall, even after that 30 minutes.
