It doesn’t fit. You have to modify it by cutting it to fit. I have the gen2 Nest model and the only way I got it to fit was to cut the thing in half, terrible results. The material is basically flimpsy looks like something I could of done myself by going to the hobby store and cutting a circle on the material which in turn would been the correct size. The whole point I bought this is because I did not want to rewire the nest. For $15 save your money you could a DIY like this your self for less.

Great product for smart home

Adhesive backing is already lifting from the wall. Looks cheap too. Went back to the original wall plate.
