The rice has a great taste, delicious and authentic. It cooks up fluffy and light with each grain staying separate which is exactly what I look for in a high quality long grain rice. This is my second rice variety from Arashan. I liked the first one and this one is good too. This order contains two good sized bag of dried rice from Kyrgyzstan. This appears to be a long grain, white rice. It cooks up plump and fluffy. There is a very mild flavor (but I find that with all rice). I think this would work in just about any rice dish. Overall, I am happy with this rice.
