A good product you can depend upon in certain unusual circumstances. Being suffering from Diabetes type 2 I came across certain situations when your body does not obey you for long and the urge for toilet facility becomes high but either you are in car on highway or in a bus and the things can go out of control bringing you in an non avoidable but not liked situations. They are good to absorb liquid and keep odor under control so you can change them at the next available opportunity. They appear and feel like the regular men's underpants. Elderly people with prostate problem or weak pelvic muscles will definitely like them as a savior at times.

These are quality and the best for my needs. I have tried generic and other brands and they tear up faster and are just not as good.

Firstly I appreciate the fact that this product had a measurement description for the S/M & the L/XL Bought different similar products before & they don't give you the measurements for the sizes. So me being a large, I'd buy a large only it was more like double XL & would never stay up, rendering them useless. So here with measurements listed, my waste was suited for a S/M. Couldn't believe they measured a large at waist size 50 & I'm a large who wears pants size 36. Anyways these fit great with the size S/M. Nice to wear what feels like regular underwear even if they are disposable. For the duration till my illness has ended, this are the pull up disposable underwear for me. I will definetly be buying these again. I highly recommend this product.

purchased these to use after a radical prostatectomy. very comfortable. as advertised, sort of a hybrid of briefs that are a diaper as well. interestingly, the inside pad of these seemed softer and more comfortable than the depends 'guards' which i also purchased through amazon. i was pretty sensitive after catheter removal, possibly overly so as the catheter brought on a uti, but the guards were not nearly as usable as these the first couple of weeks. i think as the guards are stuffed into your normal briefs there is also an added pressure that these don't have. so, more roomy and a bit softer feeling than the guards. as i said, a uti may have aggravated the surgery and made me overly sensitive, but i would recommend these for the first couple of weeks post catheter removal. further info, i had a robotic prostatectomy and had very little leakage post catheter removal. these 'underwear' easily lasted a full day and night each. as for sizing, i have a 33 inch waist, and the s/m were perfect and still some room to spare. and btw, this is for 4 packs of 12, or 48 diapers, for about $0.80 each at the current amazon pricing. if you are looking into these for use after a prostatectomy, good luck and good health to you.

Real absorbent, keeps the urine away from you. No possible leakage at thighs! Doesn't sag so much when full that you wonder if you slipped out and the next dribble is on your pants. Good for nighttime wear when you sleep and your unconscious mind might not wake up to prevent an accident. Edit: This is a minor problem that speaks more about me than the product. At night on my left side using a urinal bottle - hike down the underwear/diaper to urinate in the bottle. When I'm done I pull it up and put the cap on the bottle of urine perilously near my bed. My penis is not long, but is longer than the width absorbent pad in the diaper. The drop that would have come out if I remembered to shake in the bottle comes out and dribbles on my left hip where there is no pad. Yeah, my fault, but next redesign try about an inch wider pad at the top.
