This product is definitely not the worth the money spent on it. It says it is suede/leather it seems to be faux suede/leather. The foot rest is only good when the chair is fully reclined. The foot rest cannot be used if you want to still sit up. The worst part of the chair is that it tips. The chair is dangerous. I purchased this chair for my elderly mother as a gift and today I saw her nearly fall out of the chair and she let me know that it has happened a few times. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing the chairs. And now it is too late to return it. Don't waste your time buying it.

Chair is comfortable but the base diameter is too small, so if you sit on the edge of the seat, the chair will flip out from under you. Also the piston to raise the seat is too long, which make it impossible for a shorter individual to lower the seat enough to place their feet flat on the floor.

I purchased this executive chair for a more luxurious upgraded office chair.I arrived with a separated seat height adjustment cable. I contacted their customer service support and after a few detailed chats with supporting pictures a replacement part was shipped.I am very happy with the ease of assembly and the overall comfort.

The electric chair was very convenient and comfortable, and the power cord was long enough.
