KJV Turquoise Reference Bible, Black Goatskin Leather, Red-Letter Text, KJ676:XRL Review: Beautiful made Bible. - First of all I’d like to say this Turquoise Bible is the best in my collection. Split Calf Leather is spectacular and is going to soften as goes by with use. The font and size of the text is beautifully stunning. Simplistic beauty if you will. The Red Letter is very well done. Viberant and rich red. Not like some of my others with a pinkish tint. Is very easy to read. The size of the Turquoise is perfect for taking to church or study. Not as heavy as I’d expected nor is it as large as thought it would be. The price at this posting around $110 was very well worth the cost. 1. Being a Cambridge and 2. Such premier materials used. I’d suggest this Bible to anyone looking for a very nice Bible. My aging eyes makes it rough with normal print sizes. Guessing this Turquoise has a 11pt and is superbly clear. Big plus and is print in a boldish font. It is the darkest print in any of my Bibles. As a Ordained Minister I do know a little about Bibles and highly recommend this Cambridge for personal al the way to pastoral use. It is got all I’ve looked for. Best purchase I’ve made. Hope the photos help. Sorry not that great having to use a phone for them. Review: The best Bible - Just received my new Cambridge KJV torquoise edition goatskin. I love it! IT’s everything I thought it would be. I have 3 Cambridge bibles and one is goatskin that I bought used that is softer than this but I believe in time this will get softer. The paper is great on this Bible and no ghosting. The lettering is bold and large enough that I don’t have to use my bifocals reading it. The red lettering for the words of Christ is rich and a darker wine shade which I think looks great. One of the deciding factors for me was that the print is exactly from the 1920’s. So it’s like reading an old Bible but it’s new. I like that. The price was a little high but you get what you pay for. How do you put a price on the word of God especially these days when you spend $200 on this or that at the drop of a hat. If you are like me and love bibles , go for it. This is something you will have for years and enjoy it each time you open it up to read. I hope this review helps. God bless

Just buy it
I'm a big fan of Cambridge Bibles. In 2012 I bought the Clarion Reference edition (goatskin), and it has served me well all these years. A few days ago, I ordered this new Turquoise edition, and I absolutely love it. It is a rather large Bible, and the typeface is nice and legible. What I like most about it is the font -- it is old-style, from the early 20th century. It has a very classic look and feel. Yes, this is an expensive Bible. However, I have owned my fair share of poorly constructed Bibles, and it is worth it to spend the extra money and get something that is high quality. This Bible will last for many, many years with the proper care. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Exceptional Bible and Seller
I ordered this Bible on Prime Day 2024 and all i can say is: WOW. This beautifully-made Bible arrived quickly and safely to my residence. I had been on the fence about purchasing a King James Translation of the Bible, but I’m so happy I decided to order it anyway. Cambridge absolutely knocked in out of the park with this one. Also, huge shoutout to the seller, QuickyShipper. I would absolutely recommend ordering from them anytime!

Good quality Bible that should last a lifetime
This has been my every day reader since it arrived. I love how the bold print jumps off the page, which is important to these tired old eyes. I was surprised at how many printing errors it has, but their not major errors. Mostly words that run together...not what you'd expect from a premium Bible, but I can live with it. Overall, I love it and have purchased another one as a gift for my wife.

Bold print, easier to read than standard print.
Very nice Bible for older readers who are having trouble reading the usual size font. It's not as large as I would like, but the print is bold in both red and black which I like a lot. The size of the book is not that much larger than usual which makes it much nicer to carry and hold than really large font Bibles. Also contains a history of the AKJ in the front of the book. Overall size of the book is very nice at 2lb 5 7/8oz, so there isn't much margin if that is important. It's not a note taker Bible, but I manage to add reference chains in the margins. Has full concordance, maps, map index and family section which I don't care for in this kind of Bible. It's Cambridge quality. Glad I bought it.

Excellent!!
Although I have many Bibles this one stays on my desk and is my main reading and preaching Bible. The quality is amazing. It is of the highest craftsmanship and class. I use this and my Dake’s annotated reference Bible on a daily basis. Both of these travel with me and are on my desk. I highly recommend this Bible for preaching because the text is clear and large. It is also great for personal study due to the center column references. This is the nicest Bible I have ever owned and well worth the price. It is built to last. Never put papers, notes, or bulletins inside the pages of your Bible. This will cause the binding to come apart. Keep the box for travel. If you do this your Bible will last much longer
