I often find tablets harder to take than capsules but these tablets are really small and easy to swallow. They contain the usual probiotics and I've been taking them with food for some time and have had no stomach pains or problems.

Size is really small, for use who afraid of big capsule can be happy. This comes with 240 tabs, I thought it was a good deal. However, when it arrived, it is really small!!!! And 2 tabs per serving. So it is down to 120 days max. I was on other brand and does not feel any gut issue with this brand. And I think it is effective thou.
