March 2026 Update - My family still uses these daily. I've also started using a GLP1 and these enzymes help with digestion. Great product, still recommend! My family has used these for about 2 years now, maybe a little longer based on the number of bottles purchased. We love this product! It works well to help with digestion of meal, especially large meals or spicy/acid foods. Recently started a Glp1 journey and using these to support digestion and avoid constipation. Highly recommend!!

I use these digestive enzymes every day before meal, as I am recovering from digestive issues. It has helped me in multiple ways, and I’m grateful for this. And helped with my digestion. I don’t have stomach pains after eating. I just leave it out and it’s easy to remember to take. So far I enjoy it and I’ve been taking it for a week paired with probiotics

I don't take these religiously, but, whenever I eat a meat or veggie that I haven't had in a long time, I try to take one of these immediately before or after. I suspect, over time, my gut flora get used to my generally fairly restrictive diet, so, when I eat a meat not normally in my diet (e.g. beef) or a significant amount of a vegetable that I usually only have in small amounts (e.g. cucumber, mushrooms, kidney beans, etc.) I usually get a stomach ache and often enough gas to require a re-draft of the Green New Deal. But, if I take one of these enzyme pills during any of my off-diet meals, all of these negative effects are reduced or removed (although I still have to deal with the cholesterol, carbohydrates, and calories myself ;) Seems to be good stuff!

My mother is using this product and it does work. It relieves all the problems you could have from any digestive issues. This has given great relive and she is so relieved. She is much happier as a result. I have also referred a neighbor to Dr Formulas . She tried a different product and it worked for her and she stays on it. It really changed her life because she wasn’t able to leave the house most of the time she had told me because of chronic diarrhea. The Just Sacchromyses product stopped all of her issues. I had the same problems and my doctor said it was the probiotic I needed . After searching I found that product by this brand and took it and I too was relieved and able to get on with life. I recommend any product by this brand. They really do work and the price is well worth spending.

*You should not take these if you have celiac or food allergies just so you can eat gluten, or a known food allergen* I bought these after having suffered with IBS for many years. I have been on a self-imposed gluten and dairy free diet for the past seven years. It worked well up until recently, when my symptoms came back. After doing some research, I started taking a probiotic to heal my gut but it wasn’t enough. I found a review here that said a mans wife who suffered from IBS could now eat anything she wanted as long as she takes one of these beforehand. I was pretty skeptical, but I figured-hey!, I have nothing to lose. After four months of taking these, I can now eat pretty much everything I want without stomach upset. I still have a flare up on occasion, but I don’t have the stomach pain I used to get every time I ate. I am truly amazed! I am enjoying foods that I thought I would never eat again. The only downside is I wish I could get more than 60 capsules in a bottle. I take three a day, so I need to order more than one bottle at a time. Other than that, I can’t say enough about these little miracles. Your mileage may vary.

I am sucrose intolerant. One bite of anything that contains more than 2g of sugar will send me to the bathroom within 20 mins guranteed. This product contains 200IU of sucrase (enzyme needed to break down sucrose). I ATE A COOKIE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN OVER 5 YEARS AND I WAS OKAY! Take one capsule with glass of water right before first bite of food. Take second capsule about 10-15mins into meal. Be sure to have meal finished within a half hour (my theory). I really think they are under/misdiagnosed.- Fructose/Glucose/Sucrose/Maltose Intolerances. It took me over 10 years to figure out that I was sucrose (white table sugar) intolerant. This means: I can drink coca cola (high fructose corn syrup) and be fine. I can't eat cookies/cake/ ice cream. I can only have certain fruits. Fruits are composed of "natural" but different kind of sugars. Some fruits are very high in sucrose (pineapple,mango,grapes, oranges, carrots (not a fruit but just stating). Some fruits are high in glucose/fructose (berries, cherries, pomegranite). PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH. ALL SUGARS ARE NOT CREATED EQUAL! Gave me a terrible stomach ache. And I cannot return the second bottle I got.
