Super high fiber, low carb and delicious and versatile and affordable.
EXCELLENT PRODUCT - great for low carb. Pancakes, waffles, gravy, high fiber, low carb for keto progress. They do not raise my blood sugar at all...at all! The taste is great and recipes printed on the inside of the box too. You can add cheddar cheese and make 'Lobster Cheddar Bay' Biscuits! Very easy to bake muffins, chocolate keto cake with sucralose and cocoa and egg and water. Waffles are a mainstay here.

Best baking mix
This is my go-to low-carb baking mix. Finally, I can have biscuits, pancakes, and other things without throwing my carb count up and raising my blood sugar. It's a good value for the money, and the things I make with it are always moist, attractive in appearance, and good quality. For me, this is a healthy option, and is very versatile. I've even used it as breading, which allows me to have foods I had missed.

So good!
Holy moly this stuff is good! Have made cheddar bay biscuits and it’s just like the real thing! Need to try another pancake recipe because those really missed the mark but I hear so many have success with that. I have also made pumpkin bread and the recipe I found wanted 6 eggs for 1 loaf. I thought that was a lot and it sure did end up very “eggy”. Would like to try the same recipe with maybe 4 eggs. Can’t wait to try biscuits with sausage gravy next!

Carbquik Blueberry Biscuits
Who says you can’t enjoy baked treats while eating low-carb? This Blueberry Biscuit recipe that I developed uses Carbquik (just like Bisquick but low carb), Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, vanilla, and blueberries. The only “real” sugar is in the glaze…and you can control how little or how much you put on them. Here’s the recipe: -2 cups Carbquik -2/3 cup water (or use 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk and 1/3 cup water for added nutrition) - 1 TBS Splenda Brown Sugar Blend - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries Mix first four ingredients in a bowl with a large spoon, then add blueberries. Scoop out onto parchment lined baking sheet, flatten slightly, and bake at 350° for approximately 25 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Glaze with powdered sugar mixed with a bit of water and vanilla. Store leftovers loosely covered on countertop. I doubled the recipe and got 10 large biscuits. I buy the Carbquik on Amazon. Give it a try! There are recipes on the box and online! 😊
