Solid daily driver PWO. It'd be nice if there was creatine already included but it's not a deal breaker. Tastes great and doesn't clump up, and I've been through 3 or 4 tubs now. Hope Alpha Lion keeps putting out good products.

Great taste and helps with muscle growth

66F and use this preworkout 4x weekly. This product t DOES contain the extended release caffeine but NOT the "burn" extract so it is quite tolerable. I personally can't tolerate the "burn" products but many people can and do. I love this flavor also. It is NOT "hard" on my stomach and causes no GI symptoms. I take about an hour before my strength training and I'm great. I also only use half a scoop as more than that (for me, at age 66) is too much.....keeps me awake and I also ONLY use on workout day. My son(40m) uses the Alpha Lion Burn and prefers that one which also contains the extended release caffeine.

The product has generally been great as far as getting me ready for the gym. My problem is my packaging was not damaged but the container was. Appeared to have moisture in it which leads me to think it was a damaged product before being shipped so I just tossed it. I have consistently used alpha line and it was pretty disappointing.
