Q: The opening left for the sliding door is not wide at all. Is this easy to remove and reattach seasonally?

That really depends on how you install it. If you want a tight leak-proof seal for bad weather, you have to use good weather stripping, and you must transfer the latch receiver from the door frame to the vinyl insert. The tighter you make the installation, the more work it is to remove and reattach. Ours is functionally permanent. It can be taken out but with some effort. The other issue is the vertical gap between to sliding door and the non-sliding "door." The sliding door is functionally 'open' when the insert is place and the seals between the door and window don't line up. Insects and cold can easily get into the house. We use a 6 + foot length of pipe insulation to fill the gap. It works very well but makes removing the vinyl insert more difficult. Ours works very well and both dogs can go in and out easily in any weather, and there is practically no draft around the insert. But we won't remove it unless there is glass to replace or we move the insert to another house. Good product but needs to be fitted to your particular door.

Q: Will I be able to remove and reinstall this insert if I move to a new residence?

As long as you move into a residence where the height is the same, you can easily remove and reinstall. I have done it twice and it has held up perfect.

Q: If I purchase the used one, will it come with all the screws and mounting hardware?

All screws and mounting hardware are included.

Q: Are there sizing options for the track??

As far as track width goes, these only come in the 1.5" thickness. If you are referring to the height adjustment options, they have 76 3⁄4" – 78 1⁄2" and 92 3⁄4" – 94 1⁄2" options
