This remote is promoted to work with Apple TV, but it only works with the first Gen models. But, this remote works great with Roku devices and TVs.

Ordered this for elderly person with cognitive decline as less buttons to press. The cognitive issues mean the buttons get pressed a lot more so the remotes don’t last long. The biggest flaw is putting in AV input button directly below the on/off button so gets pressed by mistake- have covered it up and this works fairly well. Have given it a good score as it’s cheap to replace a fairly simple compared to other ‘ simple remotes’

Worked well for about 3 weeks then it just stopped working so I have had to start a return and send it back.

This is just what I needed for my Apple TV box

Original remote died some time ago and couldn’t tap in to control the box over WiFi via phone remote, so had to to have an ether cable plugged in and making a mess from the router. The new remote just tapped in and worked just as well as the original. Now it’s back on WiFi and I can put it back upstairs!

My daughter dropped our Apple TV 4K remote and the glass shattered so I wanted a replacement. An official one was around £60 and this was 10% of the cost. It’s nothing like the proper one but you know that going in. The materials are quite cheap, it’s quite a bit bigger than the official one and I’m not sure how long it will last but it works and that’s all I needed at this price. It did take me a few attempts to get it synched but I think the main thing to remember is it needs line of sight to the Apple TV box whereas the official one doesn’t as such. One thing I do miss is the menu button as being able to hold that to put all devices to sleep was really handy. Overall it’s fine, easy to use and cheap

I ruined my Apple remote by spilling a G&T over it! This replacement works really well. In fact I think I prefer it over the original. It connected to Apple TV perfectly as soon as the batteries were installed, with no set up at all. All the controls have a positive click action and once you get used to it, I find it more precise than the Apple version which could sometimes be a bit vague when scrolling. It’s also less slippery and easier to handle. The only thing it doesn’t have, unlike the Apple version, is a volume control, which is a shame, so I need the TV remote to adjust the sound. But for the money, I’m more than happy.

Commander il y a deux jours reçu aujourd’hui. Nous avions perdu la télécommande de notre Apple TV (la télécommande grise comme sur la photo). Il nous a suffit de mettre les piles et d’allumer l Apple TV pour que la télécommande se connecte toute seule. Elle est plus épaisse et grosse plus difficile à perdre du coup. Pour le moment fonctionne bien à distance.

Funciona a la perfección, totalmente compatible

Funciona estupendamente y sin necesidad de instalar nada. Es perfecto, yo diría que funciona incluso mejor que el original que tenía antes (que fallaba a veces). Y además más barato, lo recomiendo 100 x 100.

Identico all'originale, un pochino più leggero, sembra forse un po' meno robusto ma alla prova dei fatti sta sopravvivendo a decine di maltrattamenti quotidiani

Devo assolutamente smentire chi ha recensito negativamente questo prodotto, a me serviva per l'utilizzo del mio MacBook (ancora dotato di tecnologia IR), in quanto collegato con le mie TV guardo lo streaming su svariate piattaforme (Sky, Netflix.. ecc.) mi è macchinoso interagire sul volume con il MagicMouse, questo telecomando è preciso e sensibile nessuna configurazione, su le batteria e subito funzionante, lo consiglio ASSOLUTAMENTE per chi ha la medesima necessità e non vuole spendere una follia.
