This product does not work- don’t waste your money. I’ve been using it twice weekly for four months in hopes results would just take longer, but I’m ready to say it’s just a waste of time and money.

Grandaughter was excited to receive this as a Xmas gift. Don't know yet how it works. A lot of preparation to start the process. Looking forward to less hair for sun bathing this Summer.

Just use this for the first time and are impressed with how painless it is. I have a high pain tolerance so I started at level 8 then went to 9 after a few tries. There are three features on the ice: 1 – for hair removal 2 – for acne scarring, and 3 – for skin rejuvenation. I read the entire instruction manual and was not able to find any information on the acne or skin rejuvenation instructions. For example, are the other two settings the same as hair removal? What benefits do the other two settings provide, and how long does it take to see results? Is it good for dark spot removal as well? Is the skin rejuvenation setting for collagen production? If anyone has any information on these other two settings, it would be nice to have them posted here for all to see.
