I've used these before and within a few days feel 'morr the thing' - lots more energy etc. I'll be sticking to these from now on. They are quite large but can, comfortably in my opinion, be swallowed.

Great value for money, I went to get some in Sainsburys and my jaw nearly hit the floor with the price. Very grateful I can buy them here for a reasonable amount. I definitely feel they help keep me healthy and germ free. They are quite large but I'm sure you could break in half if it was an issue.

I think there okay, only been on few weeks so far, I cannot say they are doing anything good but certainly not doing any harm! Next time I have drs bloods done I will know if bumped up on areas I needed

I love these. I have been on prescription folate and vitamin D replacement for 3 years and I decided that it's too expensive to get on prescription and to buy OTC now I don't need extra high strength. My levels are back to normal so I just want to keep myself on track. I struggle to take those ugly brown horse pills that most manufacturers sell because they taste like ass. Sorry but they do. The smell makes me gag. These smell faintly of berries, yes they're pink but so what, the pink berry flavour helps me to take them. I'm sure the colouring does something to my senses which tells me they're like sweets instead of like taking ugly fishermens friends. I take regular medication every day and have no problems with any other pills except vitamins so I know it was the flavour if the other brands that was the problem. Never have problems taking these. Edit after a month: my vitamin D and folate levels are right as they should be, even though I stopped the high strength when I stopped taking these so I know these are working. I have pernicious anaemia so I don't absorb these minerals from food so I would have expected my levels to deplete somewhat if these didn't work. I also have keratosis pilaris which always clears up completely after a few months on multivitamins containing vitamin A. It was gone after a week on these.

Don’t expect instant effects takes a month to function in body before benefits

I have been taking one of these every day now for a year. I have it on subscription now. There was a time a few months ago I ran out and boy did I know about it. I just didn’t feel myself. These vitamins give me the boost I need and I also know I’m getting all the right vitamins even if I’m busy working all day and don’t get a chance to eat my 5 a day etc. Not suggesting that these be used as a replacement for fruit and veg! But they definitely work and I’ve felt the benefit now for a year.

Love this supplement it’s the only one I feel a real difference on. Energy levels are so much better.
