It was just what my mum needed, much better than a tray

I have a table like this bought at the same time I purchased my recliner from Careco and it’s been great. My 99 year old father in law needed a new table so I had no hesitation in buying this for him , he’s been using it now since Xmas day and thinks it’s excellent. It’s well made it swivels raises and lowers easily it is on the heavy but it’s meant to be put in place and left there the cost is reasonable at £133 my nearly identical one (different colour table top) cost £199.99 It’s easy to build with good instructions so a very happy customer here. Jobs a good-un!

Clearly a quality product but not fit for our purpose as we wanted a table which could be moved around more easily. It was very heavy. I should have read the weight specifications more carefully.

I only have a small front room but I can swing it out to get up off of the sofa and swing it back over the sofa to get through to the kitchen, I can also swing it out over the poofy so that my grand daughter can also feed at it. The only downside is for some reason, the company that made the furniture thought the end 2 feet should be about 10 inches or so from the end of the sofa, if my granddaughter puts too much weight on it to stand up, it will try to tip slightly but it having such a heavy base is why it only tipped slightly, if you have feet at the end/corner of your chair/sofa this table is absolutely perfect, my furniture is an electric recliner and the plate fits underneath it easily, I just wish the feet of my furniture were nearer the end so that I could lift the feet onto it. I am loving this table, I can put my tray onto it as I come out of the kitchen and pull it out once I get passed it then I can sit down and pull it back over my legs up to my stomach/chest, pulling it to my chest makes eating very awkward having to have my wrist, up near my chin, I could lower it to just above the settee arm but having a bit of a stomach, I have to have it set to just above my stomach so that it can swing the table over it, my hands are a little higher than my elbows when it’s set like this but I would rather sit with the table at this height than have to lean forward to eat with the table lowered towards the sofa arms.

A great little table. It adjusts up and down and when you need to get up from your armchair you just swing the top out and when sitting back down you just move the top back into the original position. Comes either left handed or right handed. Does require a small amount of home assembly.

poor position on the tray makes it difficult to use ,no room for person to sit in chair if installed as shown in picture with the chair, tray needs to be further forward on the bracket

Well constructed table but you have to make sure chair will suit the base platform dimensions, A better drawing with measurements of the base might help
