I've tried many smart bulbs, but these Govee B22s are much better than most others out there. The brightness is impressive, providing clear light that easily fills a room. What really stands out is the connectivity; they were incredibly easy to set up and stay connected without dropping out. They are also very quick to react to commands through the app or voice control, with zero lag. Whether you are switching between the vibrant colors or adjusting the white light, the performance is seamless and reliable. The Govee smart bulb has a lot going for it – the colour range is excellent, the whites are bright, and it’s nice being able to control everything from the app or with voice assistants. Once set up, it’s responsive and adds a nice touch of ambience to a room. That said, the setup wasn’t completely smooth. It took me a couple of tries to get it connected to Wi-Fi, and the app can feel a bit cluttered at times. The brightness is good but not quite as strong as a standard bulb on full white. Overall, a decent smart bulb with plenty of features for the price. Just be prepared for a bit of patience when setting it up.

I done a huge amount of research before buying smart bulbs. I had used Govee products before and these were on offer so I decided to give them a try as the Hue bulbs are insanely overpriced and more awkward to set up as you need a bridge. Set up is extremely quick, pop them in, turn on the light, open up the app which will auto pick up the bulb and you connect them, done! I’ve used Govee products before that didn’t disappoint and these are no different. I’m genuinely shocked at the price, they are a complete bargain! The pure white is very white with the warm white being a perfect warm glow. All the colour ranges are deep and vibrant colours. The brightness is also fantastic. There’s an endless amount of customisation you can do in the Govee app which is a huge selling point. They also seamlessly integrate with an Alexa device / smart home ecosystem. I have now bought Govee bulbs for every room in the house, they haven’t missed a beat once. Highly recommended, these are the best smart bulbs on the market. If you’re thinking about buying your first smart bulbs, these are the ones to go for! 10/10

I first bought 2 Govee smart bulbs and loved them! The colors are bright, setup was super easy, and they work perfectly with the app. I liked them so much I ordered 4 more — now I’ve got 6 around the house. They look awesome! Soon I’ll be changing all my regular bulbs to Govee smart bulbs. Totally worth it!
