Great for coughs and colds
When you get that niggle in the throat or just can’t stop coughing popping one of these in the mouth is the solution , they are strong but not unpleasant, also helps with keeping the nose clear when you have a cold.

Great for annoying coughs
I suffer with a tickly cough frequently and these always stop a coughing fit in it's tracks. Strong menthol taste that clears your sinuses and throat and soothes very quickly. I always keep a packet with me in the theatre or cinema. Not recommended to have too many at once as they can have a laxative effect, but sucked sparingly they deter any annoying coughs from ruining your day
