This B12 supplement has a yummy taste, which I appreciate. However, it is more firm than expected. It is closer to a hard candy rather than a soft or chewable tablet. While it is still (kinda) manageable to chew, this may be something to consider for those who prefer a softer texture. As for effectiveness, I have not noticed any obvious changes yet, but I assume it is working as intended. Overall, it is a decent product with good flavor and reasonable value for the price. I personally prefer to just let it dissolve in my mouth, similar to a cough drop.

My doctor recommended taking B12 but didn't recommend any certain type. I did some research and found that the best type of B12 to take is one with Methyl Cobalamin. I sent a picture of the product to my Dr., and she said these would be fine to take. They have a pleasant strawberry flavor and dissolve quickly. I have noticed that my energy level is better. The B12 content in the form of Methyl Cobalamin is 1000 mcg and the dosage is one tablet per day. With 365 tablets in the package, this is an excellent value.

I love, love, love Micro Ingredients! I can’t say enough good things about them. I usually avoid vitamin B because of the smell, but these are so yummy — like candy! They’re chewable, super small, and you only need one a day, so one bag will last you the whole year. I liked them so much that I even sent a bag to my daughter. Vitamin B12 helps reduce hair shedding, especially for young women. This is really good stuff!

Delicious and nutritional, I feel more energized when I take one in the morning. Shared a weeks worth with a friend who had a hard time finding a B12 that worked with her body and she loved them saying she also felt more energized. Great value for the price. Has held up for an extended period of time and they come packed in a mylar bag. Smells and tastes like delicious strawberry 🍓

Honestly I have no idea how effective these are. My daughter is taking them for a Vit. b deficiency, and doesn’t have labs for a while, but these taste great and are chewable or dissolvable.

Excellent quality very great price I've had no stomach problems at all let them dissolve . They are very effective I actually feel really good i can hardly wait till my next blood work.

The taste is great and I feel like I have more energy. I don’t get tired by 2pm.
