Cross Beam Adaptor is Pretty Good
Not as robust as I had imagined. The safety chain, for example, broke the first time I handled it. It didn't fit my craftsman jack as easily as I had hoped either. I had to buy additional fasteners. All in all I'd rate it a solid OK.

Great product, does the job.
Works as planned, well made product. 2008 Nissan Maxima has no center front lifting point, therefore this is needed to safely get vehicle onto jack stands. One tip is that if your floor jack is not a low-profile one, this may be a challenge to fit under the vehicle.I have a standard Sears six-ton SUV jack that's fairly tall, it's meant for vehicles with lots of ground clearance. Had to put each front tire on a 2x10 plank to bring up the clearance, and even then, had to lift the body another half inch (with a second floor jack on one side) to squeeze jack and cross-beam into place. To safely fasten this to the floor jack I had to rig up a bigger bolt/washer and a 1/4" metal spacer to fasten to my floor jack so the cross-bar sits on jack saddle, but fully expected that; it's not like every floor jack on earth has same shape/profile for the saddle. The unit itself is very sturdy, did not see any flexing or sagging with vehicle on it. Also the square rubber pads lined up well so it did not hurt vehicle frame.Caution: as with any car-lifting device, this is for lifting, not supporting the vehicle. Never work under a lifting device without proper jackstands or other support. In my case I put car squarely on a pair of flat-top ESCO ESC 10498 three-ton jackstands (best and safest set of stands out there). Note some of the cheap jackstands give their stated load rating for two stands COMBINED ("3 ton jackstands" = 1.5 ton each). Esco are true, properly-welded, pin-locked, extra-stable 3 ton each stands with a rubber flat top which wont crush pinch welds.

Poor Quality
This was some of the worst welding I have seen in 30 years. Interference fit 1.125 stub was to short and coated with paint. The main cross brace was made from 1/8 inch thick stock. Over all poor quality and would not purchase again. Don't think this will hold 4,000 lbs.

Will not work with Harbor Freight Jack
Fast shipping good customer service item could not be mounted on either floor jack safely without modifications. Which would void warranty

Five Stars
BEST TOOL FOR THE JOB, WORKS GREAT!

Center Pin Dimension is incorrect.
Disappointed, center pin is 1 7/32, not 1 1/8. I ground it down to make it fit, not a big deal, but really that is not even close! I would not have purchased had I know I would have to field modify it to correct the fabrication to the advertised dimension.

Seems like a good product, one minor snag.
The Cross Beam appears to be of good quality, only problem is that the stub that fits into the floor jack arm doesn't fit. The stub is a slightly larger diameter than the hole. I suppose it's possible that my floor jack is not a standard size. Will need to enlarge the hole to1 1/8" diameter somehow without taking it to a machine shop.

Nice for the price
The piece is nice, great idea. I would have given 4 stars but each of the 3 pieces had rust on them. So it could be a new item with rust, or a repainted used one. Either way it works like it should.
