This is a new kind of tool for me, and it took a few minutes to get used to it. I have a Bob & Brad traditional massage gun that I love and use often. This is different. It's not necessarily for targeting a particular muscle knot, but for bringing blood circulation and comfort to a larger area. I used the four-head option on my glutes and thighs and calves. Then I tried the massage plate: That feels really nice against my lower back and, well, everywhere the four-head version felt great! I put my feet (one foot at a time) on it, and that was pleasant. I bet it would feel good at the end of a long day of walking. All in all, a good tool to have around for whatever needs some massaging comfort. It charged up pretty fast and is not too heavy.

Super great massager. Even better when you have someone to use it on you. Charge lasts a while and it’s helping me with morning stiffness. Highly recommend.

I purchased this 4 head massager to help with my back & leg pain. This unit exceeds the expectations as the design allows me to use it in multiple places without the help of others. I love the size of the unit. I can tell that it's durability can handle multiple uses. I can place item under my leg while sitting or laying down to target pain and areas of soreness. Or I can place it behind my back while sitting. Each setting, gives the right amount of power for muscle pain or stiffness. This unit is a game changer for me as I can see using it multiple times a day. Very easy to use and very well designed. I am very pleased I purchased this message gun. Definitely worth it. Took me less than 2 mins to set up. I have several other B&B units and love their brands. I have the eye messager, and other gun messager with infrared heat and cooling. So glad I purchased. 😊

I’ve been using Bob & Brad’s regular massage gun for a while and picked up the new A1 4-Head Massager to complement it — honestly they work great together. This one is perfect for larger muscle groups. The four heads cover a lot more area, so I can hit my whole back or both quads in a fraction of the time. After runs or leg day, it loosens up tightness way faster than a single-head gun. It feels more like a broad, hands-on massage instead of a pinpoint percussion. Pros: • Excellent for back, glutes, and quads • Saves time because of the wide coverage • Comfortable handles — easy to hold on yourself • Quiet and smooth operation • Nice addition if you already own a standard massage gun I still use the regular gun for shoulders and smaller spots, but this has become my go-to for recovery days and lower-body soreness. Overall a really solid recovery tool and a great complement to their original massager.

Ok great product, works great, better with a partner, but the ball tips are a weird foam, it doesn't glide over clothes very easy. Makes moving it around kind of difficult.

Holy smokes, y'all, this thing is LEGIT! Bob & Brad does not disappoint (RIP, Bob) This is the 3rd Bob & Brad product I've purchased. First was the small handheld massage gun that I bought for a friend on the recommendation of my massage therapist. 2nd was the upgraded version of that with the hot & cool head (that does actually heat & cool!) that I bought for myself. I bought this particular item as a gift for a friend with back problems who drives for a living. He's also a VERY big guy; tall, with a broad back. Just to put some body dimensions into perspective, he's 6'6" and while slender, has a 36" waist (hips & ribs protruding with a 36" waist/36" inseam...he's *big*); I'm 5'2" and overweight. We've both used this thing and it is amazing. I'm ordering another one right now to keep for myself and wanted to leave a review while I was at it. ;)

It serves its purpose. I admit uses are limited to broad areas and certain chairs, still worth a purchase if you have someone to use it on you.

You can only use this as the plate. The balls you insert for it to become like a massage gun are hard to put on and are a sponge. So, they got ruined on 1st attempt. Not something you can take on and off. Defect by design. it's not relaxing for back but works on legs and buttocks if you use it with the plate. but it's mislabeling since you cant use it for what you paid for.

Works wonders got rid of my pains haven’t tried the heat level it’s quieter then I thought it would be it’s value for money if you want to get pain relief
