Fits great. Easy to put together. Battery life is good too. I havent had any issues with it so far.

Please keep in mind, this is an early review....I've only had the headset for a few days.....BUT:First, although it seems everyone complains about the stock strap that comes with the Quest 3....I honestly didn't mind it...However, I do find the BOBOVR E3 Pro to be much more comfortable for long sessions.It seems to be made of decent materials (plastic).....Although it works perfectly right now, I do question the longevity of the ratchet system used for tightening/loosening the strap. Time will tell......But the cushioning of the strap is soft, and the strap stays put on on my head.The battery is of a much larger capacity than the Quest 3 on board battery (which is terrible.....like an hour and a half TOPS)....the B100 battery gives you much more life.....as if you go in with the headset charged to 100%, and the B100 battery also charged to full....that should give you a few hours....and if you have two B100's and a fast charger, I suppose you could go on indefintely.Would I buy it again? As of this point in time....yes, absolutely. If my opinion changes, down the road, I'll edit this review.....but for now....it's comfortable and extends the life of the Quest 3.I may even try one of BOBOVR's Halo style straps (the S3 Pro...which was originally, the one I was going to get....but thought I may like the elite style more, as it's supposed to be a little tighter on your head, if you play "active" style games)

Very good have the s3, e3 and have 2 meta 3 quests. This helps when I want a more lightweight setup. Bobo all day. Recommended for a lightweight setup

I returned the version of this headstrap that has a fan on it and bought this one instead. They secure differently and the one with a fan hurt my forehead really badly. But this one feels great. Perfect weight distribution with the battery in the back. Very comfortable. I've gone through 4 headstraps total and this one is the best one by far.

I bought this headset specifically to improve stability while VR boxing in Thrill of the Fight 2. This is a nicely designed headset in a lot of ways, but it is less stable than the standard elastic strap that comes with the Quest 3.The back of the head strap sits too far up on my head, and instead of pulling straight back it pulls up at a slight angle forcing all of the pressure into the top of the face pad on the forehead, and no pressure on lower portion of the face pad below the eyes. As a result the headset moves quite a bit while dodging and weaving and throwing fast punches.I do not recommend this headset for high intensity games.

This head strap is a good entry into the accessories for the Quest lineup. This one is designed for people who play active games and want to continue playtime without battery down time. Get this headstrap and a couple of their 10k mah batteries and quick charger and you'll never have to come out of VR. The batteries just keep the Quest charged. I can fully charge the Quest 3s and the 10k mah battery that comes with this unit and can watch 2 complete 2+ hour movies and still have left for a few minutes of gaming.The headstrap holds the Quest comfortably to your face and changes the weight to the strap on your head. It does a good job of balancing the load of the battery end plus the Quest 3s end. If you can get this on sale it's even a BETTER of a deal. Very durable seems well made and it's easy to connect to your headset.
