I use Arch, BTW
Great little tablet! Battery life seems good. Screen is clear and bright, viewing angle good. It comes with a case, but you may want a better one. Came with a good screen protector. I didn't have any difficulty installing Arch Linux so I can get away from the iOS/Android/Windows ecosystem. It took a little bit of work customizing and getting the on-screen keyboard to work the way I want but I am very pleased. Great value for an unofficial Linux-capable tablet.

CHUWI 4 the win! So far
Hadn't had a computer for years, glad I chose this one, great functionality, great price, works exactly as I thought/hoped it would. One issue, that I already knew about but must feel I need to reiterate. The speaker volume/quality/sound whatever is the weakest point of the product, but even knowing that it is shockingly so. Expect a maximum volume approximately half that of a typical mobile phone. You know, one advantage though is if you are using speaker in public, it will never be too loud for others around you. And you can always just use buds or a speaker. Battery life is also relatively short, but not more than expected, no problems getting stuff done on the go. Standby battery surprised to the upside, can comfortably keep it active beyond a day. Not going to win an engineering award but easy to avoid a hard shutdown even during lengthy travel. Now if you were scooped up in some extravagant deep cover police raid and taken to jail for a week or so and then released pending arraignment. Well then, I can't really help, you will likely be losing any unsaved work on your spreadsheets. Screen, even touch function, thickness and overall weight, keyboard and even track pad mouse, all surprised on the upside, again none of this is going to get CHUWI tab of the year, but all were more than adequate and better than anticipated for a lower price point piece. I am an old man, but if I were a youth I would far prefer this plus an external portable speaker or buds, over a chrome book with zero internal storage and tons of limitation in functionality. one area I obviously can't know about is longevity as I just got it.

worth it
CHUWI Hi10 Max Windows Tablet 12.96", Intel N100, 12 GB LPDDR5 RAM 512 GB SSD, Windows 11 Touchscreen Tablets, FHD 2880 * 1920, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, 8MP AF Camera, HDMI, USB3.2, with Stand. conclusion: well worth the 320$ paid for it, its pleasant to use, will buy again for sure. in depth: i will start by saying the machine is only for reading\browser\video\streaming\office use\zoom etc... this machine is not suitable and will work badly for anything multicore, or high load for long time, programming, video editing large files etc. pros: feels snappy minus, good ventilation, the screen is just amazing very sharp bright colors are good, one of the best non oled monitors i have seen, and the is no screen-door effect, its perfect for reading, comfortable on the eyes TIP: turn off HDR in settings, very light 700 gram, the price, dignified amount of ram and storage, support 4k@60Hz with ease via usb-c, 4 hours of battery with max performance and max brightness, the front facing camera and speakers are fine, by default creates a LOCAL user in windows installation (no need to create an online Microsoft account), internal HD is fast enough (not a cheap memory card, more like NVME) cons: cheap construction, apparently it does come with TPU 2.0 but you cannot encrypt the device due to some driver mismatch (hope they will fix it), a bit too big, the sweet spot is 11-12 inch, Makes squeaking noises under pressure or when held, feels fragile in the hand, light-bleed in the upper right corner of the screen, had the wifi disconnect on me one time, the stand is not integral and is not the best, the speakers are weak and thin (no bass, can be equalized in setting, though they work great good for voices and dialog), the cpu is week ( but not slow. do not attempt to run something more than a browser and office work YouTube Netflix etc, or it will start heating like crazy), lack of 120hz is noticeable, the laptops itself charges via usb-c-pd but will only charge on 12V input, DANGER: the charger that come with the pc is usb-c but does not comply with PD, that means that connecting it to a hub might burn the hub or just not work, also: DO NOT PLUG THE PROVIDED CHARGER INTO ANY USB-C SOCKET OTHER THAN THIS COMPUTER, AS IT WILL BOMBARD IT WITH 12V@3A & MIGHT BURN IT or CAUSE FIRE!!! can confirm it also charges via apple original 60watt power brick and cable

Bought a tablet, got a nightmare
Bought this expecting a functional tablet. Came with Windows 11 Pro but ran so slowly it was completely unusable. Windows 10 is really all this hardware can handle, but Windows 10 is end of life, out of Microsoft support, and a security vulnerability. So, you're stuck between an OS that runs poorly and one that's unsupported. No good options. Tried to find drivers on CHUWI's own website. Nothing useful. Searched everywhere online. Nothing. Eventually tracked down CHUWI's own Korean forum, which had drivers that were later flagged as malware by security software. Bottom line: if you buy this tablet and have any problems, you are completely on your own. No driver support, no documentation, no help. And the "support" that does exist may come with malware attached. Avoid.

Great Budget Tablet
Loved this Hi10 X1. The N100 performs really well for web browsing. Good for productivity, about 5 hours battery life. The aluminum exterior feels nice. The only true issue with the whole thing is a little bit of backlight bleed, but that’s not noticeable on the desktop 99% of the time. Both my chuwi tablets have it mildly, but handling the tablets over time seems to have relieved the pressure on the LCDs. Using this to drive a 4k display (or even a couple!) is completely viable if you’re only looking to do office or school work. Not so good on gaming, obviously, but I played plenty of older titles at 1280x800 @ 60fps (emulators and games like stardew work great). If you’re curious about performance, just go look up N100 mini PC performance videos. The cooling is adequate enough to get a full stretch on the processor, so you can expect the same quality experience on the X1. Runs 4k streaming just fine, too. Also, Linux compatibility on x86_64 is awesome! Pretty cool little tablet if you wanted something for the server room.

Lightweight and Perfect for Travel
This Windows tablet works surprisingly well. I was sick of lugging around my big, heavy work laptop, especially for short trips. At home, I use a full-size 17-inch laptop with a keyboard, but I don't need all that when I'm on the go. I wanted a light Windows tablet, and this one checks all the boxes. It's fast, has a nice bright screen, and comes with a couple of ports so I can plug in an external monitor if needed. It's great for web browsing, remote connecting to my office computer, and handling basic tasks. I considered getting a Microsoft Surface, but for the price, this tablet is good enough. It does everything I need for traveling. Highly recommended. Get their optional keyboard too. It's really nice for a compact small keyboard.

Awesome Windows Tablet
I love this Chuwi Windows tablet. I use it for stock and option trading with ThinkOrSwim. It runs the application very fast, no lag as far as I can tell. Just be sure to not cover the cooling fan vent on the back of the tablet. Be aware that IT DOES NOT CHARGE WITH A STANDARD USB-C cord. When I need to charge the tablet in my car, I have to use a 110 volt inverter that plugs into my car's cigarette outlet. Then plug the included power adapter into the inverter which then charges the tablet.

Fair price
Decent quality, good battery life (at least 6 hours) with good sound quality, and I bought the magnetic keyboard which makes really convenient and easy to use. Connectivity is good, but twice the computer has frozen and needed to be shut down and reopened. Feels hot but has a fan which works well.
