was a bit skeptical about lions mane but its actually good stuff ( health wise). My wife and I can tell a difference. Its not that it gives you more energy, its more that your more driven and focused on things. I get distracted and forget what I'm doing easily sometimes. After starting this, I feel like I'm more focused on what I'm doing, definitely not getting distracted easily and/or start daydreaming in mid thought. I am also taking ashwagandha.

My wife and take both Sun Potion's Lion's Mane and their Pine Pollen for different reasons. This Lion's Mane is fantastic. We do not mix it and just take it in the powder form in between swigs of coffee or water and throughout the day we have felt balanced and happier. Stress slides off the shoulder easier. If you have not tried anything from Sun Potion, I highly recommend doing so. They have quality products that you can see, taste, and feel.

The powder itself seems fine but the lid on the jar does not screw on well and comes off by pulling rather than twisting as it was intended. I would recommend not traveling with this unless you put the powder in a separate jar that cost more than 50 cents to manufacture.

I received the Lions Mane Mushroom Powder in 2 days and a follow up email from Sun Potion to ensure I was happy with their product. I purchased this to aid in recovery of long workout sessions ( 3-5 hrs) and was courious to see if it would produce the results I was looking for. I have not used it long enough to determine results.

Seal was broken- it could have been just placed on the jar for all I know. How do you know if the contents are authentic? Also a sticker with an expiry date was on the bottom of the jar. The expiry is usually stamped onto the label.

Was a little disappointed about this product. I always enjoy my mushroom extracts in either my coffee or tea in the morning. But unfortunately I couldn’t get this product to dissolve like other ones I’ve tried. So I would end up getting to the bottom of my cup and would have to take a big swing of nothing but extract powder.

Great product. I used every day and need to order more.
