Easy Cleaning!
I love this baking sheet because it is so easy to clean! I find it embarrassing when my baking sheets are stained and soiled. This one is a pretty gold-ish color which does not stain. Quality is great as well.

A bit too narrow and short, a quality pan
I ordered 2..used one. Pan definitely does NOT warp. It is definitely a quality pan. Also looks and feels great..and cooks perfectly. The only drawback is that it was too narrow for cooking bacon. I have 2-45 year old pans that are wider and baked perfect bacon…just don’t look to good anymore. Nordic pans need to be a half inch wider and longer. Unfortunately, I had to return them. My old pans are Rema which I cannot find anymore.

A great cookie baking pan!
I have had this pan for approximately a year now. I do not use it daily. I typically only use it when I bake cookies. I really like this pan. My cookies bake well on this pan and they are easily removed with a spatula.

Great size, non stick little pan.
Great non-stick little pan! It will fit in just about any oven or toaster oven, and takes up very little room. Perfect for putting under a flimsy aluminum pan for support.

Works as advertised and is very easy to clean. Great for small batches of anything.

Scratch easily so be careful cleaning these
Unfortunately I had to return this baking pan because it was badly dented, but as for the brand and the baking sheet other than that, these are nice enough. You have to be careful cleaning them as the finish can scratch off. Also, they aren't really dishwasher friendly like my other brand. But good pans overall.

Go To In Between Pan/Sheet
Bought this for my daughter. Mine is still going strong and maintaining non-stick quality after 3+ years. Like the shallow rolled lip...not quite a pan, but more than a baking sheet...remains sturdy. Hand wash and it will last and work as well as it did out of the box for years.

I use this to make gluten free cookies and nothing sticks to it and it cooks nice and evenly.

High quality and truly non stick. These are my favourite pans and I bake and cook a lot. They are easy to clean, never stick and last a long time.
