I honestly bought this for an emergency. I'm more of a K-cup person day to day, but it's good to have a can of ground coffee on hand. I learned when I worked for a roastery that companies like Maxwell House tend to roast their beans at least three months out from when they arrive on shelves. So Maxwell House tastes great when you open it, but it goes stale very quick. Because it is already old when you buy it. I still like it and it's a good value, classic brand and taste, but I keep it for when I know I'll use the can up quickly, within a week or two, preferably.
